When can I buy Adobe CC in China?

Hey guys,
I am a designer in Shanghai China. You don't know how much I want to buy Adobe CC, but there's only CS6 (Fxxking expensive for Permanent right of use) on China's Adobe website?
Or I can register a new Adobe ID in another country, then buy it by visa card. But how can i transfer my works on behance to another Adobe ID?
Come on, Adobe CC has launched for years! So many Chinese designer like me want to try it, use it, and buy it.

I can not buy it from Chinese Adobe official site(cause CC is not launch in China，see below), nor from the HK/TW/US site(cause my Adobe ID' location is China).

    with the creative cloud subscription you can install the application on two machine, and it does not matter whether it is a notebook or pc .
    infact you can install the application on as many machine you like , but only two application can be run at the same time.

    Adobe no longer sells CS4, outside of the exceptional cases of After Effects CS4 & Premiere Pro CS4.
    For other CS4 products, if you really need them, your best bet is to check Adobe's authorized resellers.
    A quick Amazon search turned up some available CS4 inventory.  Just be sure what you're buying and installing is genuine and authentic, as there are a lot of fake copies out there now with hidden malware.

    Reports on the Sprint iPhone have gone either way and I'm not sure if the GSM side is unlocked.
    The AT&T iPhone comes locked but if you Restore it as new after authorizing it then you will get the "Congratulations, your iPhone is unlocked message". But again you have to activate it first.

    a ps license allows either 2 pc or 2 mac installations.  to install on both mac and pc, you must purchase two licenses, or subscribe to adobe cc which does allow 1 pc and 1 mac installation for all adobe programs.

    I understand that in order to run Process Flows from within OWB, I do not need HTTP server. But I want to be able to schedule the "Process Flows" and some of the documentation I have read suggests that I need to configure and run HTTP Server. I am not quite sure if OEM fits into this process, too?
    Could you kindly let me know if I'd need to schedule the jobs through OWM or OWF Manager is enough?
    Also, whether we can run non-OWB jobs using OWF - for example, a PL/SQL Package and/or a Unix script? If the answer is yes, what is required to accomplish this? My organization does not have a job-scheduling tool and I want to find out if OWF can do this for us.
