    I don't have wifi at home. Or a good coffee shop woth god wifi nearby. two nights ago, I was able to download iOS 8 with 3G directly on my iPhone. I know it's weird but its true. I was downloading and stopped when I got 700MB. I didn't open "Software Update" during the day. At that night I opened it to continue the download. But there was iOS 8.0.2. And my 700MB was gone.
    Now, it's asking Wifi. iOS 8 was released on 17. I could download with 3G on 26. iOS 8.0.2 came out 27. I was about 10 days to download with 3G.
    So, when can I download with 3G? Is it possible that 3G download will available again?

    When I spoke to of-com, they implied Bt are treading a very fine line, as they offer UNLIMITED use of there BT vision boxes (Which Can slow down everybody else's Internet in your street) but if you have anything like Apple Tv you are fall under the same market as downloading. This they say falsest the market of there own product and restricts and places a bad view on any other product that offers the same service. THE ONLY REASON why iPlayer and 4od is not effected is that BT uses them as a selling technique to sell there OWN product!
    I understand the use of there FUP, however it is only Fair under there terms, and not the customers. I was misold there package, is it fair that I can only get 5mbps (at the EXTREME) when I am paying for 20mbps. This again I was not told. Some come on BT please do tell me when FAIR is actually FAIR?

    I have the 1st Gen setup to stream from my iTunes library and it has allowed me to download purchases to my iTunes Library.
    I bought 2 Tv Shows last night from the 2nd Gen Apple TV and I can download it from the cloud to my iPhone4 but I have yet to see ti show up for download on my Mac (Latest OS and iTunes).
    The result is that I cannot play it from the 1st Gen Apple TV because it is not in my library yet.
