Are you in a country where TV shows can be re-downloaded - if you are then have you tried deleting that copy from your iTunes library and re-downloading it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ?
When you say that you used the feedback page, do you mean the feedback page (which you won't get a reply to) or the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history on your account or the contact iTunes Support page ?
'report a problem' : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

Hopefully, one of these two suggestions will get it back.
Either quit iTunes and launch it again or restart the entire computer. It's amazing how many times a simple restart can solve a problem. Hopefully it does for you.

I purchased a tv series and downloaded the first episode, when I went to download the next episode a message popped up saying "this computer is already associated with an apple id.....You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 41 days" and won't let me download the rest of the shows even though I haven't changed accounts and I'm using the same account I purchased the shows with.

It's been months, so you may not care anymore, but you can't download songs from multiple Apple IDs over a 90 days period. Sorry, it's not allowed for legal reasons.

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

A. Diagnostic mode solution
If you have tried trouble shooting your iPod to no avail after all the steps above, chances are your iPod has a hardware problem. The iPod's built-in Diagnostic Mode is a quick and easy way to determine if you have a "bad" iPod.
You need to restart your iPod before putting it into Diagnostic Mode. Check that your hold switch is off by sliding the switch away from the headphone jack. Toggle it on and off to be safe.
Press and hold the following combination of buttons simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds to reset the iPod.

You will hear an audible chirp sound (3G models and higher) and the Apple logo should appear backwards. You are now in Diagnostic Mode. Navigate the list of tests using "REW" and "FFW". Try to do the 5in1, HDD R/W and HDD scan tests. Some successful cases have been reported after the running the few tests under the Diagnostic mode. I got an email saying that the latest episode of Breaking Bad is available, but I can only find the commentary of the episode.

Ok, weird. The episode is in iTunes yet there was no email that alerts to the download. You download the 'about' 3 min. episode and it says that's all available for the apple ID. yet, going to the main TV show episode site allows you to do the download. Well, this never happened before. Glad to have the episode but iTunes is giving me a real headache.

Got a season pass for Downton Abbey season 2, watched 2 episodes. Now it takes over 3 hours to download the next episode.

Changed resolution. Same problem. What's wrong? Bandwidth is good on network. Did hard boot on AppleTV. Netflix movies start fine. 2 older Downton episodes start also. Same problem with epi. 4. Don't want to buy the episodes on my mac. How do you download these BTW, without paying again. Your help is appreciated.

This can be fixed. I fixed mine that was having this problem as well. I found this link online and it worked well for me. Takes some time to do but is worth it. Hope it helps for you too.

This is the successor: the Creative Zen (http://us.creative.com/products/prod...4&product=6999) They're definitely coming out with the 32 GB version of it as well. I even confirmed it today when I called them asking about it. But I got the standard "we don't know when it will be released yet". It should be soon though because the Spec page lists it already (and the 8GB one is noticably missing there) I'm still holding off on this one though because I haven't heard if it definitely supports Rhapsody To Go yet, and no one from Creative seems to respond to my questions regarding it. I keep getting a lot of "it should", but no one really knows. Anyway, hope that hel
