    Has anyone had any success with live chat?  I have NEVER been able to reach anyone.  I complained to the FCC and an executive at Verizon contacted me I asked what options they had for me to contact anyone at Verizon (after trying to call them repeatedly and being put on hold and then disconnected repeatedly).  I said "I have never been able to reach anyone by live chat"-- her response was that is the very first time she has ever heard that-and that live chat is ALWAYS available."  I told her to try to reach her own customer service a few times and then she might know how it really works.  So I am curious- is it just me?  Has anyone been able to get through on live chat, and if so were they helpful?

    How unfortunate! I love the online chat!  Just used it on the 1st of October to inquire about the new data tier pricing. So much easier than waiting on the phone or in line at the Verizon store.
    Perhaps you need a faster internet connection or an update to Java on your computer.

    THE use of the apple support is a mess also.
    I want to be able to use my MAC fully and easily like I used to with Snow Leopard.

    The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
    You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

    I want to know under what circumstances I can use or not use MsgBox in a Visual Studio 2008 SqlServer Project?
    E.g. I cannot use MsgBox in an deployed assembly, that causes something like: attempt to use resources forbidden by the CLR host.
    But when is this not forbidden? In other words, when can I use the MsgBox function without throwing an error?

    I think the first important question is why you want to show a message box? Typically SQL CLR applications run on the database service in the background and don't have a UI component. Even if you were to somehow get that command to work, I don't believe
    there's any UI loop which allow it to display correctly.
    In more general terms, the error you're getting is related to SQL CLR sercurity. There's a great article about how security works for SQL CLR
    here (notice the Next and Previous links at the bottom to read more). That may help you with some of what you're seeing, but for your specific case, as far as I know it is
    not possible to display a message box from a SqlServier project.

    05 is not directly assigned to any movement type.It is like 08 inspection type.
    best thing is that 05 is stock relevent inspection type.
    Just to share with you :
    1.When you want to revert the material stock posting done through UD screen like 553(scrape)
    reversal of stock posting -554- can be done through activating 05 inspection type.
    2.when using a project systems Inspection lot of 05 generate after 101 mvt type.
    3.during sales & sales return if you assign the 05 inspection type for tha material & for
    655     GD returns QI -->you can activate 05 ........this creates lot of 05.
    etc
    mostly its use for Inspection where you want stock posting to be done.

    Check your timezone settings.
    I've seen numerous people passing with FaceTime & iMessage issues and almost always the problem was the time zone.
    For some odd reason sometimes the timezone sticks to Cupertino and Facetime & iMessage won't work.

    Hi Jeff,
    Live Office's purpose is to allow Crystal and Web I content to be imported into Excel. Basically it allows BO data be displayeed and refreshable inside eXcel.
    If you are using CR to develop the report you can set eXcel as the output format and send it to peoples inboxes. You might be able to do the same with csv for Web I

  • Can't use Live Paint

    I just downloaded the trial version of Illustrator CS4 for a Mac. For a class project. I am following my teachers steps to the letter, but i can't. I am suppose to choose a letter change it's size and angle then duplicaate it and resize and change the angle of the second one. Then select live paint and paint in the over lapped sections of letters. The problem is that when i select the two letters and go to live paint it won't let me choose "make" so i can't paint it. And i can't use the fill bucket it says "the selections contains objects that cannot be converted." Anyone know why it's doing this and just so you know i am a COMPLETE newbie at this it's my first time using this program.

    Sounds like you're trying to make a LivePaint Group out of live text objects. You can't do that. As the alert says, you have to use paths.
    You can convert the text objects to paths by selecting Type>Create Outlines.

  • I am having difficulties importing files into Thunderbird. Where can I find live chat supprt?

    Before one of my email accounts closed, I saved all of the material from that email account to a sub-folder I created under Local Folders, and saved all of the information as .msf files to my computer. Now when I open Thunderbird, all of the material from the former email account that I saved to the folder is no longer there.
    More importantly, this is a complicated problem that requires more than one answer. Does Mozilla offer Live Chat support, and where can I find it?

    christ1 -The reason I didn't provide more info is because I saved these files to Thunderbird over a year ago, and this problem just came up recently, so quite frankly, I don't remember all the steps I took to save the files at the time. Also, this one-question-at-a-time type of post-and-respond takes hours, and doesn't allow me to check things as I go along in real time.
    Secondly, the main other reason I posted here was to see if Live Chat or any other form of actual '''in person''' support was available. This problem is complicated since we're talking about two different computers, and I've done about all I can on my own. It seems that Live Chat has been cancelled, as James mentioned, so I'm totally stuck without any way to get the files that are missing. Again, I am totally flabbergasted that a company as big as Mozilla seems to be completely unreachable and unaccountable to its users, truly unbelievable.

    There is no live chat anymore, it was stopped for now to increase emphasis on the forums.
    To update Firefox, you will simply need to click on Help on the menu bar on the top of your screen (Where it says File, Edit, View, etc), then go to "About Firefox". Then click "Apply Update" after it finishes downloading. Your Firefox will restart, and you'll be up to date :)
