When capture Picture not clear

When a capture picture have a .png but all the time the picture not clear??
I try to correct them with iPhoto but not same like original.

Scanned picture not clear in iPhoto but clear on desktop

Hi,
This is going to be lengthy as I would like to give as much information to the person/s who will please help.
I have iphoto2 and iphoto 4 on different machines. Both work- for the most part just fine. I also have Kodak Easyshare software on my computer. We have to Kodak Easyshare cameras that work just fine. One computer in our house is an old eMachine with Windows ME. The photo program we have on it is a free download- Picasa.
Anyway, I have a Canon scanner- CanoScan 8400F. I have used it and as far as I know and understand it works just fine. I have scanned slides, Poloroid pictures, and other things and they have worked fine. I have also brought these pictures into iPhoto 2 and 4, Kodak Easyshare (on the Mac), and Picasa(on the Windows machine.)
The last thing I did had issues. I scanned a picture of my father that was recently acquired. It was black and white picture taken many years ago. I think what I have is a photo copy of the original. The photocopy still looks ok. I scanned the photocopy into my G4 Mac with Panther. On the desktop when I click on it, (I saved it as 100%jpeg), it opens by itself, at first it is not sharp, but after a few seconds something happens and the photo becomes sharp. It looks really nice.
I imported the picture into iPhoto and it shoes up with thin scan lines across it and they don't go away. The same thing happened when I imported it into Kodak Easyshare. The thin horizontal scan lines are on it- pretty much top to bottom as I recall. The picture works,but I have never experienced this. As I mentioned earlier, with the jpeg on my desktop, if I open it in Viewer? after a second or two it is displayed in top form. Now, I scanned this picture to send to two of my brothers. I was not happy with the picture, so I top the picture (jpeg), installed it on my old emachine, imported it into Picasa, and Bingo- it shows up just fine. I emailed the picture from Picasa. Why was it looking right in Picasa and not with iPhoto 2 or 4, nor with the Mac version of Kodak software?

Update-
I rescanned the photo and brought it into iPhoto 4 again and it is fine. I brought it into the Kodak software and it is not. I save the file on a pocket drive and loaded it onto my G3 computer with iPhoto 2 again. It is not fine. So it is working only with iPhoto 4- and also on the viewer on the desktop as before.

Billing document not cleared when processing Payment cards in Sales order

Hi,
I am having an issue with Payment card processing (credit card). We are using SAP R/3 4.7. When I use manual authorization, the status of billing document still shows "A" incomplete. The status shows authorization successful but not settled in billing document.The accounting document when billed shows not cleared.We are not using any interface for credit processing. The authorization check is done outside of the system manually. We are planning to use manual authorization for all such transactions. I am not sure if any specific config is to be done or am I misssing something.
Any inputs in this regard would highly be appreciated.

Hello Sanjay,
Please also check to see if the field VBAP-ABFOR is filled for the line item (This is the Form of payment guarantee). Without this field filled the billing does not know that the item will be covered by payment cards.
VBAP-ABGES (Guaranteed (factor between 0 and 1)) should also be filled with 1.

Restrict Withholding Tax change in not cleared documents

Hello,
We want to adjust the Document chnage rules - OB32 in a manner that it restricts Withholding Tax fields from changing when the document is not cleared.
We tested & found that the Withholding tax fields as below when defined in document change rules are giving strange results.
BSEG-QBSHB          Withholding tax amnt
BSEG-QSFBT          Wthld.tax-exempt amt
BSEG-QSSHB          Withhold.tax base
BSEG-QSSKZ          Withholding tax code
BSEG-QSZNR          Exemption number
Of these the field BSEG-QSZNR - Exemption number field remains unmodifiable in FB02 when the document is cleared & also when it is not cleared. We tested it for Vendor & the settings were made for Account type K.
The field is always greyed out even if we make the field as modifiable in OB32.
The rest of the fields are remaining modifiable when the document is not cleared & become non modifiable when the document is cleared. This behaviour is not affected by whatever settings we make in OB32.
We tried to search for an SAP note for this peculiar behaviour but could not find one.
Could you please help.

if You want to retrict, please delete from V_TBAER table the entries I suggested and then go to IMG > Extended Withholding Tax>Calculation>Withholding Tax Type> Define Withholding Tax Type for Invoice Posting or Define Withholding Tax Type for Payment Posting -->
There will be a frame named Control data; there please switch off the flag "W/tax base manual" and "Manual W/tax amount.
Please do a test and let me know.

HD video not clear when editing

Hello all.
I have completed a few projects shooting with my HD camera, and all have been imported nice and clear. Now, I am editing and the video is not clear. It is smaller and not filling the entire screen. I must have switched a setting somewhere, but I have no idea what I had it set at.
When editing, the video has a widescreen look to it, and the lines are jagged and blurred. HELP!

Item properties say 29.97 fps, 1440 by 1080 frame size, 3.2 MB/sec, and I am in Final Cut Pro version 7.
I tried RE capturing the SAME clip into an old project, where it came in clear. Then I recaptured into this problem project and it was pixelated. I captured the same way both times. Do I have to recapture the entire thing? I know I am probably not giving as clear responses as you need to help me, but I am new to dealing with HD editing.
It is just this project that is not converting the video to the right size. Usually it will prompt asking if I'd like to match the settings, but this time it didn't and I'm not sure how to do so manually.

I am using using IDVD to create slide shows. When viewed on my computer the pictures are clear and of high quality. When I burn the slide show to a disk and play it back, the pictures are blurry and of poor quality.

The Mac software - iPhoto, iMovie, and iDVD are not the best with the Ken Burns effect (zoom in/out effect), so you might want to minimize that effect; also, if your subjects are wearing stripes for instance, that will have an effect if you zoom. There is better software available for slideshows; however, I do not know of any that is free (and does a good job). I've used Photo to Movie for some time; it does a fine job even in HD, but you have to pay for it. I use iDVD extensively, but only to add a menu, theme, special effects, etc. and then to burn it.

No picture when capturing. Can anyone help

Can someone please help me, when capturing from sony DSR-11 deck im not getting any picture. Still getting audio and time code is still running from tape. It does still capture fine but cant just view tapes to log them.

was it working before?
have you tried reselecting the Easy Setup for your project (DV-PAL), then reopening L&C and trying again?
when things that were working suddenly go strange for no reason, then trashing the prefs is usually a good first line troubleshooting procedure.

Screen capture pic att to email not clear

I attached the screen captured pic to my email today.
It is tiny and not clear at all, even when I zoom in (unlike before).
I have used screen capture many times, seems like something has changed.

We can not clear all recents(30 recents call). When Tango show "No recents call". We touch other buttons and come back to Recents button again. It still show 30 recents call.

After upgrading, per your recommendation, to 4.0 my history, cache, cookies, etc. are not being cleared when I close the browser, despite the fact that I have correctly re-adjusted my option settings. I have issue in clearing GR/IR account done by F.13. Criteria field XREF3 in Criteria 3 given is not matching in WE and RE, so I cannot clear, this happend to once particular GR/IR only.

Hi,
You can clear it manually using F-03. In that T-Code it is a manual clearing and not automatic clearing...so you can select any line items you want to clear, only thing is that their balance should be Zero.

Pictures not showing up, when uploaded?

Hey I have a website www.anchorstudios.ca. Anyways I have been using it for quite awhile for our business. Lately we have had problems with certain pages in our websites. For whatever reason instead of a picture there would be a question mark there. Anyways when I go back into Iweb it looks normal. I try uploading again, and it is still not there. I have tried switching pictures, which either made that picture not show up, or it made different pictures not work. Sometimes there are also problems with the buttons. I also tried deleting the whole page and making a different one? Anybody who has had problems and any success getting rid of this please let me know. Here is the page we have the most problems with:

Darryl ~ If you haven't already done so recently, in iWeb choose +File > Publish All to .Mac+ and then, in a browser, view those pages which previously had photos missing.
If that didn't help, it may be a system problem...
Quit iWeb and in +Applications > Utilities >+ double-click on +Disk Utility+. In the column on the left, click on +Macintosh HD+. Click on the +First Aid+ tab then on +Repair Disk Permissions+. When that has finished just note whether or not many permissions were reported & repaired. Now restart iWeb and choose +File > Publish All to .Mac+. Then, in a browser, view those pages which previously had photos missing.
If that didn't help, quit iWeb and in +Library > Preferences+ look for a file called either:
com.apple.iWeb.preferences.plist
or:
com.apple.iWeb.plist
Drag that file to the Trash. Restart iWeb (it will automatically create a "clean" plist file) and choose +File > Publish All to .Mac+. Then, in a browser, view those pages which previously had photos missing.

Accounting document not cleared when billing document is cancelled.

Hi,
In ECC 6.0 when we cancel a billing document through vf11 in vfo3 we find the status as accounting document not cleared.
The general process is manually going to f-23 and clear customer line items of that invoice. After doing this the status become accounting documet is cleared.
My requirement is how to cancel the billing document without getting this message (accounting document not cleared) and not clearing the customer line items manually.
Can it be done through user exit/enhancement or by copying requirement vofm.
Please suggest.

They directly want the accounting document to
be cleared when billing document is cancelled.
Though you can achieve this with the help of ABAPer, why dont you consider having a Posting block for your billing type so that as and when the billing documents are generated, you can release it via VFX3 in bulk or VF02 for individual billing document release to FI.
In order to achieve this, go to VOFA, select your billing type and execute. There you can see a field "Posting block" where maintain a tick there and save. With this control, first of all, you can ensure that before releasing F2 billing documents to FI, it is not cancelled.

using lightroom 5.7.1 not all the meta-information is copied when exporting pictures: city and country are not copied, although this information appears if i open the original file in photoshop. if i export this file via lightroom, the information dissappears.
does anyone know how to solve this problem?

although i did not change anything updating from lightroom3 to lightroom5, this box was automatically checked in all presets. now i unchecked it and everything works fine.
