When I try to capture in premier pro. I get message that says unknown record error. It happens 30 second to 2 minutes when capturing. what can I do to fix?
Is the media on an external drive?

I'm still working with Adobe; however, I may have a unique problem as
explained by Adobe Support: I purchased what is known
as a one user License of a Volume License from a supplier for a CS6
Upgrade from CS5. I had purchased the CS5 direct from Adobe and this is
considered to be a Retail version and not a Volume Licensed product. Adobe
says that you need to upgrade from a licensed version to a licensed
version. They provided me with a link and instructions to upgrade from my
retail version; however, so far it is not installing with the serial number
that was provided. I will contact Adobe next Tuesday after the holiday and
see if the problem can be resolved.

Place the iPod in Recovery Mode and restore via iTunes.
If not successful, try DFU mode.

I actually bought 2 Billy Joel songs NY State of Mind from Essential Billly Joel and Italian Restaurant from Greatist Hits vol 1. Neither song would play.
I went back the Apple store and tried to re-download NYSOM. It let me do it for free. Before I checked I tried to re-dowload IR but inadvertantly selected same song but from The Stranger. I had to pay for this one. The re-downloaded NYSOM still didn't work but IR I bought from Stranger worked. So, I bought NYSOM from Greatest Hits vol 1. Didn't work!!! Tried again and bought from another album, Turnstiles, and that one worked. So, I bought 5 songs, only 2 of which will work.
So, now I ask - is there any way to get my money back? -

I downloaded the Airport Utility 5.6 for OS X Lion and when I finish installing it sends a message that says "the instalation failed contact your software provider" And seems like thats the solution so I can use my time capsule.

Can you please provide answers to the other questions that we asked?
1) Are you trying to connect your Time Capsule to your modem using an Ethernet cable?
2) What is the make and model number of your modem?
3) Are you still using Lion (10.7.5) as you indicate in your profile, or have you updated to Mountain Lion or Mavericks?
I understand that things appear clear to you there, but we cannot read your mind or see your network, so we only know as much about your problem and your network as you can tell us. -

Getting message that says: Camera Raw Editing is not enabled
When trying to open a jpg file in Camera Raw I am getting a message that says I first need to launch a qualifying product. Formerly (CS4) I had no problem opening a jpg file in Camera Raw, but now on the Cloud using CS 6 there seems to be a problem. Anyone else having this problem or know how to solve it? Thanks.
I found the solution of this problem.
1 Open bridge cs 6
2 Go to Edit - Preferences - File Type Associations
3 Select Canon Camera Raw
4 In the dropdown menu browse for Photoshop CS 6
It appears that the default seeting is explorer settings.
That means in my case the exploroer settings was ACDsee

I donwloaded photoshop CS6 to my new iMac. Opened photoshop but cannot openn a photo from iPhoto library - I get a message that says cannot complete our request becausse photoshop does not recognize this type file.
Suggestions?
RickYou can set Photoshop (or any image editor) as an external editor in iPhoto. (Preferences -> General -> Edit Photo: Choose from the Drop Down Menu.) This way, when you double click a pic to edit in iPhoto it will open automatically in Photoshop or your Image Editor, and when you save it it's sent back to iPhoto automatically. This is the only way that edits made in another application will be displayed in iPhoto.

How the heck to I establish an ICloud account? I've downloaded the Control Panel twice and still cannot get past sign-in. I get a message that says that my Apple ID is valid but is not an ICloud account. I thought my Apple ID was supposed to get me into Icloud to share streamed photos... doesn't it? What do I do now?
