I have had the same problem with iPad recently not too sure why it happened but if you are completing a full reset anyway the easiest way is the restore via itunes on your computer and then set up a new passcode again. Resetting via itunes doesnt require a passcode so it should go straight through.

I figured it out!
I read a solution for something that sounded similar.
Anyone in similar position:
Open iTunes app on iPhone, and pick an option from bottom, such as music. Then scroll down to bottom of page and where your iTunes ID is, press on it, and pick sign out.
Then return to home screen, and double press home button and press and hold on first icon showing, until a minus symbol appears in the top left of icons present. Press on each minus symbol on each app in turn, until all app icons have disappeared. Then Restart the phone by pressing and hold the home button and the on/off/standby button at top of phone, until the apple symbol appears in centre of blank screen.
Swipe to turn phone fully on and open settings and scroll down to iTunes and apps option and tap that. Pick sign in and put in your apple ID, it will accept it and then return to home screen and open iTunes a you'll find it works fine
Simple really, but some like me won't think f this themselves!

I am using an IOS7 iPhone the problem is that whenever I gave my phone to friends they try to access to my private data like Facebook , Whatsapp , Viber , Contacts and even much more stuff which I don't want them to go through.All I want is an app that help me to lock/protect individual apps with a Passcode in order to have privacy.I have gone through so much discussions all leading to just one result "you can't do so".Please help me that is apple going to give out any feature if when and is apple going to allow any same kind of app on Apple store.

When is Apple going to fix the iTunes 11 syncing problem!!!!

After troubleshooting the iTune 11 upgrade seems to cause syncing problems for everyone. I've tried everything and my ipod will no longer sync. Help! When is Apple going to apply a fix for this?????

My sync problem has been going on since I updated to IOS 8. I have had two telephone help calls and one Genius Bar visit. I am no further forward.
MY iPhone and iPad will randomly fill to capacity with OTHER files requiring a complete reboot. I have disabled iCloud drive and tried reorganising and deleting files from my iTunes library. All of my devices worked almost perfectly prior to this upgrade. I now dread syncing either of my devices to see what latest iTunes problem is now present.
I Have one simple question which no one at Apple has answered. When iTunes finds a file it doesn't like or will not sync why does it not flag it up with the reason for the problem. iTunes has done this for many years with incompatible files and missing album art work. If iTunes could only tell us why it is continually waiting for sync to start or give us a reason for our iOS device suddenly filling to capacity with OTHER files at least we would be able to do our own diagnosis and repairs. Apple need to sort out this issue soon. I'm losing patience and faith in Apple products. So no iPhone 6 upgrade for me till this gets properly sorted.

When is BC going to provide Html codes so we can add BC features to Muse?

For more a year I see this same question, not one spokesperson from Adobe has given a straightforward answer. Why are you suggesting we go to 3rd party providers like Wazala, Ecwid, Americart to get add on shopping carts to "insert as HTML" on my Muse built website and are paying 38$ a month to host on BC? Both BC and Muse are Adobe products, I don't know the code but I have a reasonable expectations that your products should work together, if I can't add the same shopping cart features from BC to Muse, really all of BC features to Muse why do I need BC in the first place? When is Adobe going to add all the BC widgets to the Muse library? When is BC going to provide the HTML codes for all the BC features that we can copy and paste in the "insert HTML" option on Muse? Why do I have to go to Wazala? Adobe knew when I used Muse I didn't know the code so don't give me some crazy code based solution, I won't understand anyway. That's why I pay for CC and BC for you to provide it. I would appreciate a response. This is stopping me from making money. My muse site is finished, how do I add the shopping cart from BC? There is no widget and there is no indication that this is on the Horizon. I doubt that it will.
Does not mean you can not because there are people who have accomplished this but you need to understand there is several componants to form eCommerce.
- You got shopping cart to view cart which can go into any page, layout or template.
- You have to create your catalogs and products and the layouts for each of those
- You got the payment page and shopping cart
- You have to setup your payment gateway.
With the product layouts you need to insert the features if you want related products, attributes, poplets and configure those as you need based on the site requirements.
Any extras or abilities would be more custom work and use of Javascript.

There isn't a Late 2007 21-inch iMac. I think you are referring to a Mid 2007 20-inch iMac, right?
In that case, you can't give him your iMac with OS X Lion. OS X Lion is registered to your Apple ID, and he won't be able to reinstall Lion unless you give him your Apple ID.
The best you can do is to give him the Mac with Snow Leopard installed, if you have the DVD. Follow these steps:
1. Insert the DVD and hold the C key while your computer is starting.
2. Choose your language, and go to Utilities menu (on the menu bar) > Disk Utility.
3. Choose Macintosh HD in the sidebar, go to Erase tab and erase the disk.
4. Close Disk Utility and reinstall Mac OS X. When the installation finishes, hold the mouse or trackpad to eject the disc and turn off the computer.
This is the most recommended way to do it and avoid problems. Anyway, if you insist on giving him the iMac with Lion, you just have to start in OS X Recovery (holding Comman and R keys while your computer is starting), use Disk Utility to erase Macintosh HD as described above, and finally, reinstall Lion with your Apple ID

Does anyone know when Apple is going to fix the bug with transfering voice memos from the IPhone 4 to itunes on a computer. I waisted a lot of time trying to figure out why it was not working. Then I read some comments about other people having the same issues.

Hi I can't update my apps when I try to update it asks for password when used it goes back to update. I think I'm not alone and have tried changing date switching off signing out and in and rebooting. Is there a solution or do I need to take it in?

and when I try to see details the error summary like following:

According to your description, you recently updated SQL Server 2008 R2 to SP3, Report Builder doesn’t work since then the error occurs: "Application validation did not succeed. Unable to continue".
This is an known issue in SSRS 2008 R2 SP3 that Microsoft has published an article addressing this issue. It is not planning to release a fix for this issue. But we could implement one of the following workarounds:
Install and run Report Builder 3.0 of SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM.
Install and run Report Builder of SQL Server 2014.
Uninstall Service Pack 3 then uninstall Service Pack 2 and then reinstall Service Pack 3.

I updated to iTunes 10.5 on Vista. As with iTunes 10.0, The DEP will not allow iTunes to open. WHEN IS APPLE GOING TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE? I can't update my telephone or iPod. I can't even open the iTunes program!!!

I am sick of dealing with this issue. I wish not that I had never even started using any Apple products, beginning with iTunes. WHEN IS APPLE GOING TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE AND MAKE ITUNES SOMEHOW COMPATIBLE WITH DEP IN WINDOWS VISTA?
That being said, Is there any way to resolve this? What I did in the past is completely wipe ALL Apple files from my computer, and install an older version of iTunes. It was at least functional. It seems that any version of iTunes 10.0 or more recent is not compatible with the Data Execution Prevention in Windows. You can not remove iTunes from DEP, yet DEP prevents iTunes from running.
The down side is that I can't get the latest updates for my iPhone or iPod. Now, I have a new phone for my husband that needs syncing on my iTunes, and I can't do that because iTunes won't even open.
Can somebody help me out with this, please?

OK, lets do a complete overhaul to make sure it's working ok.
First to check your Windows system file for any corruption:
Go to command prompt (START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES right mouse click "command prompt" and choose "Run as Administrator"
type in
sfc /scannow
let Windows fix any system files that need to be repaired.
Restart the computer.
Start iTunes and see if it is ok.
If it doesn't, will have to go through the whole process of uninstalling and installing acccording to the following steps:
1. Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.
2. You should remove all instances of iTunes and the rest of the components listed below:
it may be necessary to remove all traces of iTunes, QuickTime, and related software components from your computer before reinstalling iTunes.
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order:
iTunes
QuickTime
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
(Referenceinstructions from Apple article listed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 to remove all components)
3. Reboot your computer. Next, download iTunes from here:http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and install from scratch

I am in the same boat. I tried repeatedly to contact iTunes support, but was told each time that I had contacted the wrong deaprtment and they could not help me. There must be a way to still be able to use the iTunes store without paying for a system update. If not, I hope they will reimburse me the money I have in my acount.

Well, if you did it yourself, then there is a chance that you damaged some other component inside the device that is causing your issue. The iPhone's are not user serviceable, and once you have opened the device you have voided any warranty and post-warranty support from Apple. I would try Google to see if you can find any other way to repair your device, as Apple will no longer look at it.
