When connecting iPad to Windows cpu, it also reads that my iPhone is connected when it is not.
I am not sure why this is happening. I have to repeatedly click the eject button in iTunes for the iPhone when I have my iPad plugged in. I have no idea why it is reading like that. Is this a problem? Known issue? Should I be concerned about it?

Try disconnecting your iPad from the computer and run iTunes. See if both the iPad and iPhone are visible under DEVICES.
If you are running the lates versions of iOS and iTunes, you may have WiFi syncing capability. It may also depend on running the latest operating system on the computer.

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

If you moved your iTunes library by simply copying it to another drive, you may not be able to access your music even if you reconnect to that library, you may get a lot of "not found" errors because the music is not where the library thinks it should be. First thing to do is put it back where it was. Then reconnect it. Then follow the steps in this link:

I have a PC with Windows 7 that is synchronised with my IPAD 6.0.1. Synchronisation work fine for a while but now I see that when I add or modifiy bookmarks on my PC, it does not show up on my IPAD.
What can I do.Is it possible that the person who sent the message to your phone sent it to your phone # instead? Try sending a message to your phone via the email address and see if it shows up on the iPad.

I'm getting ready to partition my drive and install Windows. I've read that there are wifi and other problems with Windows 8.1. That I should use 8.0. Microsoft does not sell 8.0 anymore. They want you to buy 8.1. What should I do? Any help would be appreciated.
Read the Boot Camp Help first. Boot Camp does not yet support Windows 8.1 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/system-requirements. If you insist on installing 8.1 use a virtual machine like parallels, Fusion, or VirtualBox.

Connect 2 iPads to windows server at the same time
I purchased two iPads to view files from windows server, purchased FileBrowser app from iTunes, works good with one iPad, but when tried to connect second iPad, couldn't do it because it was timing out, disconnected first iPad and second works fine, for some reason can not connect them both at the same time. Tried to use different logins, no luck, checked ips are different, any ideas ? Thanks
Is your credit card reader wired through the iPad through the charging port or headphone jack?
As of this moment, there is no dual link that will attach to the charging port that supports both a credit card reader and a barcode scanner.
If you're having problems with the bluetooth on the barcode scanner, I advise moving any electronics near the iPad, or any obstructions. Also, restart the bluetooth and repairing daily helps. On another note however, depending on what type of bluetooth your iPad aquires, (bluetooth 2.1 for iPad 1 and 2, or bluetooth 4.0 for iPad 3) it can limit the range how far you can use your barcode scanner and how fast it can transmit data. A safe distance in my opinion is between 5-10ft using the scanner or any bluetooth device from your iPad.

My Playlist only appear in the itunes when the ipod is connected , and I can not drag a song into a playlist, Also I repeatedly get a message to authorize the songs purchased in order to sync the ipod. I followed the instructions in the help menu on doing this but nothing seems to work, Help anybody ? Have installed the lastest version of itunes and I'm running windows XP. Thanks
Is it possible that you are not seeing the thirteenth song because you did not scroll all the way down within the playlist?

I want to change my iCloud account. Buying iPad we gave a virtual (forwarding) email address.
We need to change to a real address.
But when we try to change the iCloud account, we can only change the password.
Note: we don't have a Mac, only an iPad and Windows.Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too. -
My ipad has a password that I can't remember and it's not connected to the internet, so my computer won't recognize it and I know that when all get this figured out that it will be set back to factory state but how do I get it there

my wifi is showing connected but i am not getting internet access.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button
