When copying a chart, title is not included

I created a line chart in Numbers. The chart includes a title.
I right-click the chart and click Copy. I open Preview and select File > New From Clipboard.
The chart is pasted, but does not include the title.
Is this a bug in Numbers? Or do I need to do something differently?

I re-scanned the contents of the clipboard after copying a Numbers chart.
The title isn't available in this contents.
It's made of six versions of the graphical components.
To isolate one of them just uncomment one of the instructions embedded in this short script :
--set the clipboard to (the clipboard as «class PDF »)
--set the clipboard to (the clipboard as «class 8BPS»)
--set the clipboard to (the clipboard as «class PNGf»)
--set the clipboard to (the clipboard as «class TPIC»)
--set the clipboard to (the clipboard as «class BMP »)
--set the clipboard to (the clipboard as «class jp2 »)
My preferred one is :
set the clipboard to (the clipboard as «class PDF »)
I really dislike the BMP one which is pure bitmap
and the jp2 one which, is a packed version with a serious loss in colors.
Of course, I wrote about the clipboard which is available to non iWork applications.
In this case, the app "normalize" its proprietary clipboard.
Including the title in the normalized clipboards would have been interesting but as every user, I'm unable to tell if it it was deliberately dropped or if it's an error.
I have an idea which may explain the OP's frame.
When we crop in Preview, the file isn't reduced. The app just mask what is unused (exactly like Pages when we crop a picture). The frame may be an artefact of this masking.
If I am right, here is an alternate scheme which may get rid of the problem:
In Preview,
select the area to crop
copy
create a PDF from the clipboard.
This time the result is really a PDF containing only the wanted area.

Draging (copy) file from Bridge does not include XMP?

I do my RAW edits after backing up my files to external storage. Once finished I just copy over the XMP files. All's well.
Today I did it in a different way and dragged and dropped thumbnails from the Bridge browser directly to the backup drive folder (using the Windows file browser). I expected both the original (NEF) and its associated XMP file would be copied over. I thought selecting the one automatically selected both. But this did not work. Only the NEF was copied. Yet if I have a second Bridge browser window open to the backup folder, I can drag (copy) the same thumbnail to it (Bridge browser to Bridge browser) and the XMP is included in the transfer.
Is this normal behaviour? Am I missing a preference setting?
I would have expected that dragging a RAW thumbnail from the Bridge browser to a Windows file browser folder to include bother the RAW file and its associated XMP file.

BSP Error when copying text from email to Note section of a transaction

Hi All,
We are using CRM2007 for both the Interaction Centre and Sales Web Client.
When a user is creating a transaction in both roles, if one copies a piece of text from an email into the note section of a transaction at times the web client crashes and gives a BSP error.
It seems that cetain symbols are not recognised and cannot be converted when they are copied into the note section. The symbols I have noticed this to occur on are the dash symbol and the apostrophe (') symbol.
The symbols are fine when they are typed in directly, the issue only occurs if they are copied in.
The web client cannot handle this exception and falls over as a result.
However, if the text is copeid into the note section of a transaction in CRM online, any symbols it cannot convert correctly automatically convert to a hash (#) symbol.
Has anyone come across this issue before? Or have an idea as to how it could be resolved?
Even if it was possible for the webclient to convert any unknown symbols automatically into a hash (#) symbol like CRM Online so the web client would not fall over on save of a transaction.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Create batch input, does not include all records

Have anyone experienced, when doing Create Batch Input from the LSMW menu it does not include all rows.
For example I have a .txt file with 3000 records that I specify in "Specify Files"
"Read Data" reads 3000 records.
"Convert Data" Converts 3000 records
"Create Batch input Sessions" creates 2461 records? ?
I have noticed that this happen when the system is busy running many batches and Idocs.

I'm talking about LSMW programs with regular Batch input Recording.
I haven't noticed which transactions it skips since I do not run the Batch, when I notice that it does not include all rows as I have read and converted.
However usually if I "Create the batch input session" once again it includes all the records from the conversion before.
But since Create a batch input can take a long time depending on the amount of transactions it creates this is not a desired option.
So it is not possible that the transactions it does not create are errors since its possible to run them successfully. And I haven't used any SKIP TRANSACTION in the mapping step.
But like I said this only happens when the system is running many batches / idocs at the moment, for example if we are loading the material master at the same time as I run my batch input programs.

Photo titles are not shared

When sharing photos the titles are not showing although under the Shared tab View->Metadata->Titles is checked (greyed out).
When checking the info of the shared photo it says "No Title" and the field is not editable.
Does anyone know how to make the titles show or edit them at least in the shared section?

Currently the only way to share your photos a) in the order you want, and b) with the titles you supply is to export them as jpegs, then re-import them, then share. Not exactly elegant (Apple - Are you listening?)

How can I get Firefox to include the http when copying and pasting from the address bar?

I know you can use "browser.urlbar.trimURLs" in about:config to re-enable the display of "http://" on URLs in the address bar, but I think there's an actual bug with hiding them in the address bar that should be corrected:
When I click and drag in the address bar to select part of an address, including the beginning of the address, then use CTRL+C to copy it, and CTRL+V to paste it into something else, the pasted URL does not include "http://"; this is often inconvenient and will break in certain forms and so on.
In Chrome--where I guess the http-hiding feature was copied from--if you click and drag to select part of the URL including the beginning, then copy, when you paste, the "http://," hidden in their address bar, *is* included. That's how it *should* work. Firefox's implementation is incomplete and frustrating.

I purchasd an ITune Audio Book using a borrowed Windows Computer. After the Download I attempted to Sync and was told that I was synced to a different [something]. It then asked if I wanted to sync to this [Something] I said yes. IT wiped all the stuff off my IPod then gave the following message:
The [title] was not copied to the iPod [name] becuse you are not authorized for it on this computer.
How can I get this to work?
It considered the computer pretty acceptable when it took my money for the title. I think I have been ripped off.
THis whole SYNC is an innecessay step. Why can't I just download stuff to my iPod (from any sourch by the way) and delete it from my iPod when I don't want it any more.

I made a duplicate copy of an imovie HD project and when I updated the titles on the copy, the video stuttered . I'm using Snow Leopard OSX. The length of the movie increased unexpedtedly too.

I made a duplicate of an imovie HD project so I could have two different versions. I tried making the copies both by using File> Duplicate and the Save As command in imovie.
When I changed the title on the copy, the video stuttered when I played it back. Also the overall length of the movie increased by about 6 seconds throwing off some sync even though the replacement title was exactly the same length in seconds and frames as the one I replaced.
any thoughts how to fix this?
I'm using OSX 10.6.8.

Flex 4 Chart title won't move when positioned

I have an issue with my horizontal chart title in my Flex 4 bar chart--it just won't move when I try to position it someplace other than the default (which is center).
I followed the example in the livedocs: http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/help.html?content=charts_displayingdata_05.html, specifically the one using the 'titleRenderer" property of the AxisRenderer, and setting it to my custom AxisRenderer class. Here is my code:

To do the "masking" that you are referring to, I think that two Effects (explore each, to see which works best for you), will give you what you want:
The Crop Effect, applied to the Still Images in Video Track 3. This Effect can be Keyframed to change, as is required over time.
The 4-Point Garbage Matte Effect.
If the Still on Video 2 is sized to the Frame of the Project, say 1920 x 1080 for Full-HD, it will "cover" the Video on Video Track 1.
Note: it is best to Scale the Still Images to very close to what you want/need, in PS, or PSElements, prior to Import. What you are doing with the Still Images in Video Track 3 is creating a PiP (Picture in Picture). This ARTICLE goes into more detail on

Yes, you're safe to continue. That means that there are text boxes that you did not put any text into and they contain the holding text which will not be printed. That text is shown in a light grayt and is in Latin. Normally you can just put a space in the text box to replace the holding text so as not to get that warning message.
Before ordering the book proof the book according to this Apple document: iPhoto, Aperture: Previewing an order in iPhoto or Aperture. Check the pdf file for any missing text or photos and any warning indicators in the text boxes indicating that some of the text has exceeded the space allotted in the text box.
Keep the pdf file to compare with the printed copy when you reciive it.

Bridge is automatically installed with Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator etc. There is no specific option to install it.

You can recover Your music but not with original names.
1. Go to Your iPod hard disk
2. You must to see hidden files (if you don't see them go to in system explorer to Tools > Folder Options > View > and mark Show Hidden Files)
3. Go to folder named iPod_Control
4. Copy folder Music - this is Your music but not with originally names

Chart binded data not showing when Window State property of form is set to Maximized

Using In VS 2013 Community, .NET 4.5, MySQL w/Connector/NET...
When a form is maximized, it wil not render the binded datasource on a chart.
Example is a new project... chart dragged onto a form... add a Dataset when initializing the chart and immediately bind that to the Datasource property with no changes to the chart except changing your XValue from a column to a line type. I only have
3 columns in the table. keyId, entryDate, mcf.
I can also maximize the window after the form is up and running and it doesn't effect the chart at all.
Any ideas? I need the window to run in a maximized state.

to debug your web content in IE
f12>Debug tab, select "Break on all errors"... the debugger will break on any errors.
Emulation tab, tells you which emulation mode the browser is using and which userAgent string it is using.
File>Properties shows which IE security zone it maps to.
"When a form is maximized it will not render the binded datasource on a chart"
Probably you are running from a localhost proxy (http://localhost:8080)... the IE developer tool will show you any scripting errors. Publish your 'test' to a named webserver. eg.
http://localhost/test.local
