i got an email saying
"I have successfully Initiated the refund for this subscription order #AD003643368NZ.
Here is the RMA number #66305235. you will get the refund within 5 to 7 days.
Here is the case number #0214764889 regarding the refund Interaction. You will get a confirmation email as early as possible."on 31th of Jan,
But i didnt get the refund and i am still waiting for a confirmation email..

The refund processed on 28th January so please check with your card issuer if you don't see this in your credit card account.

In terms of a refund, what does it say on the app's description page in the store (a lot say that refunds aren't given) ? I have done with my cerifiction SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.0(C_TAW12_70)
on 25th feb 2011 and sucessfully completed with 88% of marks .But they are not provided any certficaton till now.do you have any idea when will I get the certificaton?

I cleared my certification in BI on 4th Dec 2010 and received the certificate on 25th Feb, idealy it takes this much time and they will not give any other mail or nething which states that u have cleared the exam.

Do I go to the store with a receipt and get the refund for it or are they going to give refunds automatically.
