The warranty terms are contained in the box (or should be). Apple tracks the warranty by your serial number; the warranty begins on the date you activate the phone. I ordered on the 14th, and at like 6:00 A.M., Apple sent an email saying it had been shipped. When I tracked it, it most recently said that it had gone from China to a UPS in Zhengzouh, China, to another one in Zhengzouh I think. When will it be delivered? I am confused about whether or not China ships on the weekend, and the whole time zone difference and all that has confused me. So, will it be delivered Friday? Wednesday? I'd like to know when. I know they will probably tell me in a few days, but any idea now would be nice. By the way, I live in the US.

Nope it doesn't come with a disc to install the software. You can get that easily from this website. Although some might remember that the earlier iPods came with a disc to install iTunes. I believe it also gave you some of the necessary drivers, but thankfully its not needed anymore.

I'm sorry Allan, I should have clarified, your answer is improbable (well the first part atleast).
The apps I have had since the first week of purchase of my iphone back in 2011, I have not added any apps until 2 months before the last software update. This starting happening when the new software was implemented but I have not updated to iOS6 yet. Unless this person was able to hack into my account & transfer them to their account, I do not see how that is possible.
Prior to seeing this other AppleID, I have a popup to prompt me for my AppleID each time I download content. Each time I would see mine and enter my password.

Apple has not said, only that iTunes Radio is only available in the US at this time. There are probably copyright law issues that need to be resolved for usage of music in other countries.

When using the iphone 6 Plus. I use iMessage it is terribly slow to attach photo or take a photo the app does not show camera and slow... like 2 mins at least.

After erasing and setting up as a new device, your device is now in a factory configuration. Test to determine if erasing and setting up as a new device resolved the issue. Content on the device may have caused unexpected behavior.
