When downloading a "Purchased" Photoshop package and you get an "Error 6", how do you actually get to speak with someone at Adobe? The program appeared to download properly and requested that I restart my computer, which I did, it indicated that I was experiencing an "Error 6" - and despite all of my efforts I could not find a single screen that would take me to a person at Adobe to assist me. It referred me to this source, and unfortunately I have a very unique situation that possibly only they could answer. Any help you could give me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When downloading content in Premiere Elements 11, I get an error "no Internet Connection"
When I try to download content (themes, etc) in Premiere Elements 11, I get the message that there is no internet connection. I am connected via LAN and have no other issues connecting.
"Download failed. Either the server is currently unavailable, or your computer is disconnected from the Internet. Check your connection and try again."
I have tried on multiple occasions. I have changed my default browser. I have tried different content (themes, titles, etc) and I have tried to download all or only one item at a time.countrygal+73
SG has given you for details for Premiere Elements 12 when you have Premiere Elements 11.
In Premiere Elements 11 Expert workspace, go to Help Menu/Deactivate. If you see a viable "Deactivate" (which it looks like you have), your program should be activated. In Premiere Elements 12, Adobe has Help Menu/Sign Out as the equivalent of the version 11 Help Menu/Deactivate.
Typically the Content Download depends on Internet connection and Adobe Server. And, the process is for many of us slow. I would give the process another try at another time of the day.

Have you tried the process with the antivirus program and firewalls disabled?

Add On...If you have not done so already, please right click the desktop icon for your Premiere Elements 11 and select Run As Administrator even when you are running from a User Account with Administrative Privileges.
In my comments, I have assumed that you are running Premiere Elements 11 on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit. Is that the case? -
Firefox won't download on my new Mac and I get no error or direction messages.
I go to the website for free download, select the download command, and nothing happens. The initial installation direction with three illustration windows remains unchanged and I get none of the prompts shown.

Trying to download the 3.1 update and am getting an error message each time
Hey all!
I've been trying since this morning to download the 3.1 update for my 1st gen. iPod touch. I've been trying to download the update 6x now and now I am frustrated! Each time, it's within the very last seconds of the update that an error message pops up and says " There was a problem downloading the software for the iPod..The network connection timed out." Ugh, I am connected and I have been connected, so what's up with it?

I told him about the network connectivity issue and he said it sounded like Apple had too many people downloading the update at the same time. I certainly hope that's it. Though part of that makes no sense, seeing that the update was released a couple days ago!

Which particular .msi file does the message go on to say cannot be found? (Several different .msi files might be mentioned in this context: itunes.msi, bonjour.msi, AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi, etc.)

I am using a mac book pro and I have just noticed that the platform in my receipt says 'win" . I don't remember being given an option for mac or windows when purchasing. what can i do now?

My 30 day Photoshop trial finished yesterday. I purchased the $9.99 per month Photoshop package and received an email saying "Thank you for your payment etc" But when I go to open PS it still says "the trial has expired.." Is it supposed to work automatically or is there a step I'm missing?
1. Close all the Adobe Applications. Log-out from creative.adobe.com and re-login.
2. Once you launch the software and when you get the error saying the the trial version has expired, you will have an option saying "License this software".
3. Select this option and enter your credentials and click next.

I recently purchased Foo Fighters Sonic Highways on iTunes. Where is the album artwork, liner notes and pictures? When purchasing/downloading entire album on iTunes, do you get this information with the purchase?
The album cover art should show on the album in the Music part of your library. For other pictures and/or notes, does the album description page in the store say that it's an iTunes LP (does it have an LP label against it in the store) ? If not then you will just get the tracks.
