When downloading an app, it goes to 'Open' but no icon appears on home screen. In storage it's name is showing "null". I have lots of memory available.

Which app icon is missing?
Are you sure it wasn't moved?
Have you checked on another page or in folders?
Does it show in spotlight search? (Swipe down from the center if the screen)
Check your restrictions:
Settings > General > Restrictions
You can also try resetting your Home Screen Layout:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout
Delete it:
Settings > General > Usage > select the app > Delete
and redownload:
Open the App Store > Updates > Purchased

I'm not sure what happened, but I can't leave my home screen unless I press n hold an app and move it to another page, then when i press the home button so the apps stop shaking I can stay on another page. Other than doing it that way I can't scroll from one page to another. When I click on an app a thin box appears around it, not only with apps but when I click on the time or battery or ANYTHING! Im having this same problem an my phone is about 3 weeks old. I am not sure about the voice over part though...I have not yet figured out how to work the voice recognition part of the phone...I am such a newbie with this phone. I did the power off/on suggestion, several times. I tried leaving it off for 10 minutes. Tried to reset with the power on/off and home button pressed at the same time. Charged battery. Still makes no difference. You cannot scroll any direction. Have to double click to open apps. Have to double click letters when texting or emailing in order to get the letter in the text box. Can scroll through app choices, have to click on the line with the dots in it and move from page to page. Can't access the settings - > general - > accessibility - because it won't allow me to scroll down to "general".

You are correct, in settings I can gain access to my apparent.
What I went on to do was "reset" my app screen in settings and all my apps came back on the home pages.
I understand that we only have twelve home pages but you can make files that contain many files on the home page by superimposing file icons while in file moving mode.

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

Answer is no.
If you want the iCloud backup you have to have n internet connection, thus WiFi.
The not working WiFi has happened with quite a number of users.
It is not exactly clear what is the cause but there are suggestions to clear it up:
Some people have had success by removing an apostrophe from the iPhone name. If your iPhone is called something like “John’s iPhone” then this might work. Go to Settings > General > About > Name and change it to something with no apostrophe.
Some people have reported success by putting the iPhone into Airplane mode and then going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, but the problem may return.
You could also try going to Settings > Control Center and disable Access on Lock Screen then turn your iPhone off and on again.
Make sure that your router firmware is up to date.
Try backing up your iPhone and then restoring it. Check how to factory reset an iPhone for details.
If nothing is working for you, try contacting Apple or take your iPhone into an Apple Store.

On the device you do not want the auto downloads to be installed on: Settings/iTunes & App Store. Deselect what you do not want to be automatically downloaded.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

When downloading an app on my iPad 2, it asks me to verify my account info, and when I type in my password, it does nothing except keep asking for my password. It is not incorrect when I type it in, it just keeps asking for the password.

Go into Settings > Store and make sure your Apple ID information is exactly as it is in your iTunes account on your computer. Make sure your address is exactly the same. For example if your in iTunes on your computer is 1234 Jackson Street, it can't be 1234 Jackson St., on iPad. Make sure your credit card information matches exactly as well.
