When downloading flash player an error actionlist not found?
actionlist not found when tring to download flash player
Hmm, not an error I'm familiar with. A screenshot would be really helpful.
Once you've taken a screenshot (I'd really like to follow up on that), please give the offline installer a shot:

Error message when installing Flash Player : List of actions not found
I get an error message when trying to install Flash Player.
I use Windows 64 bit with Internet Explorer 64x.
I'm able to download, the installation starts but it stops before completing.
I get this error message (loosely transalated) :
Installation encountered errors
List of actions not found
How can I fix this ?
Thank you
AnnieI solved my problem by installing the Flash Player from home.
The network security at work prevented me from completing installation.
Thanks for your help.

I am not able to download Flash Player--- the error message is Internet Explorer should be closed
I am unable to download Flash Player ===== the error message says that Internet Explorer should be closed---- how would I get to Adobe.com if Internet Explorer is not open?
You download the installer (http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe) and save it to disk, then close all Internet Explorer windows and run the downloaded installer.

After updating, install error "Install Flash Player.exe - Entry point not found"
My current version of Flash Player is: 11.1.102.55. Then after an Update is performed and the download is downloaded, then it tries to install the download and an error message occurs. The error message says - Install Flash Player.exe - Entry point not found - then it says The procedure entry point SetDllDirectoryW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll.
When I try to uninstall Flash Player I get the same error message above except that it says Uninstall_Flash_Player.exe instead of Install Flash Player.exe.
I'm running WIN2000, my current version of Flash Player is 11.1.102.55 and I’m running Firefox version 12.0.I believe 10.1.102.64 was the last supported version of Flash Player for Win2k. That being said, there have been numerous users that have been able to work around the error you are receiving. Please see this post for details:

Why get error msg, "failed to register," when downloading Flash Player
turned off all firewalls, virus protection and popup blockers
downloaded flash player uninstall and install
ran both and still got subject error msgHi H, Following are the procedures for the Uninstall and Install of Flash Player.
You may want to print these instructions out to make it easier for you to follow. Don't connect back to the Internet until
you get to step #10.
1. Download and SAVE to your Desktop the Uninstaller:http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
2. Download and SAVE to your Desktop the Installer for Internet Explorer:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe
3. Disconnect from the Internet
4. Close all browsers, check system tray for any applications using Flash and disable
5. Disable McAfee per instructions and McAfee Firewall- You don't have to disable the Windows Firewall
6. Click on the Uninstaller and RUN. When it is finished, Reboot
7. Check to make sure McAfee is still disabled, then check your Flash folder and make sure no files are listed. If there are
any files in the Flash folder, RUN the Uninstaller again. Then Reboot, and check the Flash folder. Check McAfee before you
run the Installer and make sure it did not become enabled on the last Reboot(restart).
8. Run the Installer. When finished, Reboot Once.
9. Re-enable McAfee and the Firewall
10. Re-connect back to the Internet.
Go here and test: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about
Check your Flash folder and post back what files are there. Also find in ALL add ons the Shockwave Flash Object..ActiveX Control...Flash10e.ocx (version 10.0.45.2) and make sure it is enabled. Post that info back also.
Hokiejsv, I know this takes time, but since McAfee re-enables itself on the reboot(restart) of your computer, it must be checked. Otherwise it will block the installation of the ActiveX Control which must be installed in order for Flash Player to work.
If you have any questions, please ask before you start.
Thanks,

Receiving an error message when downloading Flash Player 11
I am not able to complete downloading Flash Player 11 as I receive an error message. Please help. Thank you.
For Flash Player, I would recommend downloading and installing the following file:
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe
I'm not sure what to do for Norton, you'll want to contact them or post on their forum for assistance. For IE, I'd recommend rebooting and trying to update again. If it still fails, you might want to try the manual update located here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35934&WT.mc_id=rss_allproducts_ie -

How to download flash player on my galaxy note 2 please help
how can i down load flash player on my galaxy note 2
You don't... It's just that simple. Your Galaxy uses Android OS.
There is no more Flash Player for Android and there won't be another. Android is no longer compatible with Flash Player. Playing Flash content is very processor consumptive and it drains your battery, also shortening the life of it. Android (Google) recommends using either "Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to view Flash content with a mobile device running Android. They're both free in the GooglePlay store. These browsers use "server side" rendering to reduce the load on your device. -
Upon a failed install of Adobe Reader I get an error "Actionlist Not Found"
I am running Windows 7 64-bit. I have already uninstalled Adobe Reader and Flash and rebooted many times in the process. I can download everything just fine. I can start the installation process, but after it "initializes" the instalation freezes at 0% for a moment then I get an error. The window is "Adobe Has Encountered Problems" and in the window it says "Actionlist Not Found." I have no idea what this means or what I can do to fix it. I also get the same error when I try to install Flash Player. Please note that I have tried directly installing by choosing my operating system and whatnot from Adobe.com. What can I do to fix this?
You need to download and run the offline installers.

Error "actionlist not found" when installing adobe flash player update
in trying to update adobe flash player i get error "action list not found"I have win XP 32 bit. Have removed old version from my computer before downloading newer version, still will not load.
You should by now be using Firefox 11. (You may well have updated since you posted this question).
Possibly you have tried to download and install the FlashPlayer version intended for Internet Explorer, instead of the plugin for Firefox. (See related thread [/questions/859758#answer-228076] ''When trying to update Adobe Flash Player, message says no ActionList found.'' )
Others may also note there is or was problem with some Flash Upgrades not being detected , but should start a new thread of your own if you have problems. See article [[Yahoo! and at&t mail say your browser is blocking Flash]]
