When entering a number to dial, how is a + entered in the number?

This must be an easy question to answer - unfortunately I can't! I have a need to enter a PLUS in front of an international phone no. The ZERO button doubles a the + button but I can't figure out how to not enter the zero. I looked in the manual and don't see any info on this.

Never heard of that. I suspect it thinks that's an email address and you're seeing that screen b/c you don't have an email account setup on your iPhone.
Assuming the number is valid, try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

Getting very frustrated

Well I did it! After over 3hours of frustration on the website logging here & there to find someone to ASK a question I eventually called a phone number & a lovely Apple lady answered. With the Serial Number YES they can look up the IMEI number for your (after I answered all the security questions correctly to ensure it was my phone) they emailed it to my registered email with the apple account.
I couldn't look it up as everyone suggested as had lost the phone & didn't have laptop with me that had iTunes (everyone's other suggestion).

I've also managed to overcome this problem by selecting "Subscription Authorization" in the Alert Category Definition page, and entering SAP_XI_MONITOR as one of the roles.
After that, I am able to see a the alert category defined. By default it's already subscribed, because I'm using the same user - PISUPER.
I saw in another post that the option "Suppress Multiple Alerts of this Rule" should be left unchecked. I tried that, but I still do not see any alerts raised in ALRTDISP.
What did I miss?

If you bought Lion from the App Store, you can't legally or practically transfer it, because it's tied to your Apple ID. Reinstall the original software from the discs that came with the machine.

You can use MQ's admin tools (imqcmd or imqadmin)
to find that out.
'imqcmd query dst -n queuename -t q' will print out what
you want.

When I receive an SMS message from a person in my address book, the Messages app in my iPhone shows the name of the person who sent the message. At the top of the conversation, I can tap the word "Contact", which brings up the Contact's name, a phone icon, a camera icon, and a letter i in a circle. When you use an AirPrint compatible printer, you get this option for page range. You are using your computer as the server in order to print, so you probably have to set the range on the computer. While you can print from your printer with this app, I assume that it doesn't give you the same control that you get directly from the iPad when using an AirPrint printer.
Read this from the FingerPrint support site. Selecting the page range would be part of the formatting of a print job.

How to count and display the number of records in a database table

My webpage has a list of items and their details, every item has a button
Read / Make comments that loads the item in its own page displaying
a comments form and previous comments.
This is all working fine.
I would like to add to each item information stating how many comments have
been made about that item.
Allowing the user to see before hand if it is worth while clicking on the
Read / Make comments button.
Ideally each item will have a different number of comments.
The problem I have is outputing the number of comments associated with each item.
My comments table is called guest my items table is called titles.
I'm sure mysql statement is correct -
The table guest currently has 7 comments,
Item 1 has 3 comments
Item 2 has 2 comments
Item 3 has 1 comment
Item 4 has 1 comment
When I test the query in dreamweaver

and added a while loop to iterate over the data
