i've tried to reset, shut down... nothing works.
I''ve may found a bit of solution to help you.Recently I've encoutered this problem.Heres the way to try.It works for me on ipad mini ios 6.1.3:
1.Close the appstore.(open multitasking bar and execute it by pressing the appstore icon until it wiggles)
2.Go into setting>iTunes&appstore.
3.Sign out from your apple ID.
4.Turn off the iDevice(shut it down for a few minutes)
5.Turn on iDevice.
6.Try open Appstore.
7.If it works,you can sign in again!

So I restored my Ipod Touch and when I go to the App Store The catergories section and the Top 25 category says "ERROR Your request produced a error [newNullResponse]". I don't know what to do in order to solve this. I can still download Apps by searching or by going in the Featured section. But my OCD makes me want to figure out a solution. When i try and access my app store and click on categories and top 25 an error message pops up saying cannot connect to itunes store then a white screen behind it says Your request produced an error [newNullReponse]. I have Tried resetting my iPhone logging out and logging back into my apple account ive tried changing the dates but it doesnt work. Also, if that doesn't work, try this:
First you need to create another App Store iTunes account with a different country. (If you're American, do Canadian and vice versa)
When you sign out then sign in under the new account, it will say that your account only works in USA and to change the store. Once it does that your top 25 will be changed back to top apps and you'll get no more errors. Then you can change back to your normal account.
You can create another account free. Do it through iTunes on your computer or Mac. Change the country at the bottom of the App Store. Try and download a Free app. That way you don't need a credit card. -
I follow these steps but it redirects to me to itunes and says "Your request produced an error [newNullResponse] please help an expensive app was purchased and wasnt supposed too! I really need help asap

I can't even find the hbo go or Netflix app on ITunes or the App store. When I go directly to the hbo go website or Netflix website and try to download the apps directly I keep getting the message, "your request Could not be completed." after the message pops up I am then bumped to the App store. See if installing the OS X Lion Update 10.7.3 (Client Combo) helps.
Restart your Mac after the combo is installed.
Try the App Store.
If that didn't help, use Lion Recovery to reinstall the Mac OS X. -
When i want to download from appstore before that i write my apple id password it gives me error 1009 why????? Its new to me
That error means you're trying to purchase content in a country where such content is not sold by Apple, & Apple's servers have detected your location, generating that error code.
There is no workaround. -
The problem is described in the question.
I reset the Apple ID and I change the password EVERY TIME I've to log in with my Apple ID.
I try to login, the message appears, I change the password and then I can log in.
But the next time (maybe the next day) I've to repeat the process.

I recently updated my primary email address associated with my Apple ID account.
Now when I go to App store on my iPad it still tries to login to the App store using the old email address I had associated with the account, and naturally my password doesn't work. I can't figure out how to tell my iPad to login using the updated email address.
So in effect I'm locked out of the app store and I currently have 26 updates waiting.
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my IPad to iCloud with no luck.. However I cloud happens to show the correct/updated email address.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
ThanksDid you change the email for the Apple ID or did you create a new Apple ID? A new Apple ID cannot be used with content that was bought using a different Apple ID.
