Found out LR wasn't stopping but slowed way down. For 19 pictures, no video and no sound it took over 6 Hrs to export. Does anyone have any ideas to help this? Thank You.

I proyect is 30 minutes long, im using only AVI files, no mpegs or anything, when I tried to used the encoder because it gave me the message "Failed to return a video frame", but i checked, started the proyect over...and there is no empty frame or anything....Please help!!!!!
The Failed to Return Video Frame error is often associated with a gap between Clips in the Timeline.
Zoom your Timeline view to max horizontal, hit Home and then PageDn repeatedly. Watch the CTI and also watch for any visible gap. The CTI should jump directly to the next Clip (be careful, as it will also include any Clip on any other Video Track, or Audio Track). If it seems to "hiccup," or "jutter," you have likely found your gap.Though it can only be as small as 1 frame, even with the Timeline zoomed in to max, they can be difficult to see.
Close the gap, and do not create another along the Timeline by doing so. Test your Export without the gaps, and see if it completes.
Good luck, and be sure to watch closely and carefully, as gaps can be tough to spot.

My iPhone 4s will not switch to landscape view when streaming a video on Facebook. It works on YouTube and safari, just not Facebook. Help?
Well I deleted the Facebook app and reinstalled the latest version to try to correct the issue and it still didnt work. I had changed a bunch of settings earlier to try and fix it and it worked for the video to be landscape but as soon as I closed out of the app and re-opened it then it quit working.

The first time an iPhone is connected to iTunes that is used to sync with another iPhone or iOS device, you are prompted to transfer the backup for the other iPhone or iOS device or to set up the iPhone as a new iPhone.
The former does as provided - it transfers the backup for the other iPhone or iOS device to the iPhone replacing all data on the iPhone that is included with the backup being transferred. The latter does nothing allowing you to make your various selections for the iPhone sync preferences with iTunes.
This is designed to be done right away with a new iPhone.
If you don't have a backup for the iPhone with iTunes on your computer and don't have an iCloud backup that hasn't been updated since choosing to transfer the backup for your iPod Touch to the iPhone, the data that was on the iPhone is gone. -
Video/Audio out of sync / stutters at start and then jumps back into sync.
Everything appears fine in the Simulator and when played in the computer. However I have noticed on 2 different DVD Players that when the video starts the audio is out of sync for about the first 20 sec or so and then slides back into sync for the remainder. Seems to sort of lag.
I am exporting NTSC videos out of FCP and encoding via Compressor. I am using the Compressor presets (usually 120 min Fastest Encode).
Anyone see this before?Fixed. There was 5 sec video clip that plays before the main video in the track. However, the 5 sec clip was video only, not audio, and was as a .mov as opposed to mpeg2. Anyways I encoded the 5sec clip in mpeg2/AAC and added it before the main clips and everything works. Still don't know WHY it happened and why it stuttered, any ideas? Don't think it was the lack of black at the start as i didn't add any.

iTunes will not open at all. It looks like it will and then it doesn't (the windows loading symbol appears and then it disappears). I even tried uninstalling iTunes and downloading it again and installing it, nothing works! Please Help!
1. First check if this file APSDaemon.exe is the problem here.
Close your iTunes.
Press Ctrl-Alt-Del key and choose Task Manager. In the "Processes" Tab, select the file APSDaemon.exe and click End Prosses button, then close the task manager window.
Now open itunes and see if it is working?
If that works, to prevent having to do the same process everytime you restart Windows, go to. START button, type in
MSCONFIG
Hit ENTER
Click STARTUP Tab, Uncheck "Apple Push", click OK.
Restart Windows.
2. If that fails, refer to following article to remove SC Info.lib file:

When exporting many videos with Lightroom 5, the process hangs randomly and needs to be restarted.
When exporting few videos, the process hangs randomly. The processor performance is 0 % and the lightroom says it is working (actually it is not). I have to quit lightroom, kill all processes like amecommand.exe, Adobe Media Core, Adobe Dynamic Link Manager and restart the process. It stops randomly.
I am exporting ALL-I videos from Canon 5D mark III, into H264, high quality.

Problem when exporting movie, video stops after 2 minutes
I set up a Project containing both images and videos. They were all shot using a digital camera (Canon SD400).
When I export the 5 minute movie, around 2 minutes the video freezes, but the music (from an mp3 file) keeps playing. At 2 minutes one of the videos start to play and the video has a little yellow button showing on it in the timeline. None of the other videos have this little yellow button, although I am not convinced that this is the one causing the problem. Here is an image of it:

Any ideas why the video playback would stop when I export it? It plays fine in iMovie when I preview the project, but when exporting, the video playback stops.

All 640x480 clips shot with a Canon SD550. iMovie 5 will play back everything fine in iMovie, but once I export the file using H.264 or MPEG-4, the video stops after about 30 seconds (of the 3 and half minutes of the video). The music still plays, but the video has not exported properly (and it shows in the file size).
What WILL work is if you export it to web, but I can't use that. I need it exported at its full quality. (Also will not work, by the way.) But, again, it plays in iMovie just fine. I even tried exporting from the timeline file (with the reference media files) in the iMovie file package—but I get the exact same results.
Quite frustrating considering it works in iMovie just fine. Any other ideas, folks?

Something is seriously wrong with my install of CC desktop. The icon won't show up in the upper bar as it always has. When I start it from th finer it starts, but when I select the Apps tab is spins for a while and then quits. Tried re-installing it from Adobe downloads. Same behaviour. What's up?

hi I'm new in this Ae and i loved it and started to get into editing but when i watch videos on how to use effects like magnify and CC light burst 2.5 it doesn't work why?
First, I want to clear up some vocabulary issues. After Effects is not intended for editing video. Editing involves cutting shots together to tell a story. Premiere Pro edits video. While you technically can cut video together in AE, Premiere is much, much better for that.
After Effects is used for creating shots - visual effects, compositing, motion graphics, animation, color correction, color grading, etc.
What exact version number of AE (down to the decimal points) are you using? Plus the questions Todd asked, plus the info in the link he gave.
Also, if you're new to AE, you should really start here. This resource will give you a foundation in how to actually use After Effects that will probably clear up your current problem and prevent much more frustration in the future. -
