Strange thing is I tried my origional password and it worked, it seems the Apple ID ie my email address is not transfering to the app store , as when I try to download something and it requests my password when the Apple ID box opens, the ID is still missing a letter?     Hard restart..  While the phone is powered in, hold the power and home button.   Hold them down and keep them held down.  the phone will eventually shut itself off and reopen.  keep held down till you see the appl elogo, then release.  This will not delete anything off your phone, it will just force all apps to stop their current process.  If you just turn the phone on and off, it will just pick up where it left off.  Good luck

    What should I do if my disc drive will not burn CD's, won't recognize some CD's, and generally needs some repair? Shall I repair it and if so with whom? OR is there in existence an external burner for Macs? Thanks in advance!
