When going to sites that require a password I get a popup that asks if it should remember the password. How do I get rid of this?

When I go to a site that requires a password, i get a pop up that asks if I want the password remembered. There is a gold key. and there is a gray key next to the website address

Tools > Options -> Security - Passwords
un-check = '''Remember passwords for sites'''
