When I am on the phone to someone it goes quiet and I have to hang up. Does anyone else have this problem??

When I am talking to someone on the phone it will all of a sudden go silent as if I have been cut off but the call is still connected. I then have to hang up and ring that person back. Is this a common problem? Can it be fixed?

Is there a case on the iphone?
If so, then remove it and see if that solves it.
Otherwise, make an appointment at the genius bar.

problem with updated find my iPhone (FMi) app: when I attempt to open the FMi app, it tells me that I need to be a registered developer and run iOS7 to do so; is anyone else having this problem? I got the app as a regular update to my existing FMi app which worked great.
The problem is being reported in the news media, yes. Apparently someone at Apple jumped the gun and uploaded the update before it was ready. They'll probably issue another update shortly, I would expect, but you can go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. If you have a backup copy of the older version of the app, remove the newer version, restore the old version to iTunes on your computer, and resync.
Update: Well, that was certainly quick. As of a short time ago, various sites are reporting that the Find My iPhone app is no longer displaying the previous error message. If it still is for you, delete it from your iPhone and re-download from the iTunes Store.

I just subscribed to IHome but when it tries to gather information about my music library, I get an error message that my Itunes is not responding and then it shuts down. Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks so much but none of that helped. It was driving me crazy because it would back up another external drive. I just changed the name of the drive from iPhoto/iTunes Library to Media Libraries and IT WORKED!! I guess for some reason it didn't like the drive being called iPhoto or iTunes ???? I don't understand but I have tried so many solutions and exchanging things out but the name change did it????!!!

I upgraded from Dreamweaver CS4 to CS6. but now when I want to upload I get "an TFP error occured - cannot make connection to host". I spent hours with the host technician and we cant find the error. I reinstalled DW4 and it connects to host perfectly. Anyone else seen this problem?

None of these issues are causing the error in DW CS6. We have double checked all of them and we have everything exactly right. Also I have exactly the same SiteSetup in DW CS4 and that works perfectly well. Could there must be factor in 6 that didn't exist in 4? Something that isnt in the SiteSetup but in some hidden dialog box ?
I can also upload to my host using Fetch, a third party FTP. And as I said DW CS4 works fine. So the problem is not with my host, its with DW CS6 in particular.Thank you Jon, that fixed it perfectly. You have saved me from going crazy. The only difference I see now is in "Server Name" it changed what I had entered (my ftp address) to "Remote Server"; which seems odd -- but it works! Of course I saw that menu item "Import" and but I thought thats obviously not for me: "Why would I want to import an entire website?". I did not however see "Export the selected site" for thats only a tiny icon in the footer. However I would have thought the same: "Why would I want to export my entire website?".
An observation: I've seen this problem in a lot of Adobe software, the menu-names of items are obscure, non descriptive. What would be better would be for the menu names or popups to say "Export Site Setup settings" and "Import Site Setup settings" -
When I try to sync my iPod touch it comes up with a message saying "iTunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later". I have reconnected and tried again later numerous times and it hasn't worked! Has anybody else had this problem and knows how to fix it??? Help me!

I've updated my ipad to iso7 now the sound is distorted through the speaker and headphones, it is unusable! I wouldn't dare to update my iphone. Is anyone else having this problem? Can't seem to find any fixes online?
A reset should fix it:
Double click the Home button. Slide up with one finger on ALL your apps to close them.
Then, Press the Sleep/Wake button + Home button and hold 15 seconds or until you see the Apple logo.
This will reset your device without erasing data, apps or settings. -
I have an ipad1 and the wifi will not work. It is a wifi only model which makes it more interesting. When I go into settings, it says "no wifi". Does anyone have a solution to my problem? It is much appreciated.
If you are positive there is a good Wi-Fi signal in the area of the iPad I would first reboot your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If that doesn't work, I would turn off your iPad and then restart your Wi-Fi router. Unplug the router for 30 seconds then plug it back in. Once the router had completed its restart process and established a link to the Internet then turn your iPad on. Make sure Settings > Wi-Fi> On. -

I get the message that the latest software version is available, when I download it I get an error message and lose access to my existing programme. The only way I can use iTunes again is to restore my PC to before the download. Any ideas out there?

I have an Epson sx435 iprinter but get problems printing. It states on the box that it is compatible with new iPad.I keep getting the message no,air printer found. Anyone got any ideas?

I do not see the SX435 listed on Apple's list of AirPrint compatible printers <iOS: AirPrint 101>. Are you sure it is not a TX435 or SX535?
I consider it deceptive when a printer company claims a model will work with an iPad, and doesn't make it clear that you have to have their custom App. If that is the case, you need to search the App store for the Epson App. You may not find it very useful, but it should get you printing.
In case your printer really is AirPrint compatible, your WiFi router may not correctly handle Bonjour data required by AirPrint to find the printer. You would need to contact the router's manufacturer to see if there is a change in its setup or a firmware update that will solve your problem.

When you respond to an incoming call by pressing the green button, your cellular provider may take a second or two to actually get the connection going.
Instead of saying "Hello" twice, try waiting a second or two until the first "Hello" from when you click the green button. -
I just updated the OS on my IPad. I turned it off and now have retured to it and it won't turn on. Anyone else having this problem?

Try resetting (rebooting) the iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything, and sometimes solves mysterious problems.

I was just taking a picture on my iPhone 5 when I noticed a purple dot in every picture I took I cleaned the lens and turned my phone off but it's still there . It's annoying ! Does anyone else have this problem ?
