When i am printing labels with color, the letters all come out with a gray shadow

when i print labels in color, all ofthe letters come out with a gray shadow (or ghosting) around them...how can this be corrected? i contacted HP support and they were of no help.

The printer may be having print quality issues as per your description. Please reply to me with which printer model you have and I will look for a troubleshooting guide for you.
Also tell me what troubleshooting you have already tried when you called HP's technical support.

i can not watch videos while at home and connected to wi-fi. when i touch the video i want to watch a screen comes up with a play symbol with a line through it. i can disconnect from the wi-fi and go to 3g and the video will play. this is happening when i go to safari and try to watch a online video.

How do I clear a paper jam in an ImageClass d420 if the paper does come out with gentle pulling?

I've got a nasty paper jam in an ImageClass d420. I really don't want to damage this thing. I pulled out the toner and can grip the jammed paper (it grabbed a whole stack of sheets, not just one jammed one). When I pull on any of the paper, it is really firmly in place, and I hear some gear or something engaging as I pull. It feels and sounds like something is going to break if I pull any harder.
I'm starting to consider dis-assembling the printer. I feel like there must be some sort of way to release the tension or put the gears into neutral, but I'm not seeing it in the manual or by poking around inside.

Hi Charlene,
To try and resolve the paper jam, please turn off the printer and unplug it, then remove the back panel on the printer, then the gray plastic piece. Hopefully, you will be able to see the paper that is jammed in the printer and be able to remove it.
Once the gray plastic piece and back panel have been put back on, please plug the printer back in and turn it back on. If the error persists, the printer will require servicing. Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.

I can print color and black and white photos all the time, except when I try to print a manipulated photo using Photoshop. When I use Photoshop they have a redish tint to them. It does not matter if I print try to print color or black and white, they all come out with a redish tint. i do not know what is wrong. my printer works well at all other times. this problem occurs only when i go to print photos from Photoshop. Help , Please.
I use Windows 7 and have an HP 4680 office printer.

What version of iPhoto and system are you running? On the guess that you're running the latest iPhoto, 9.4.2, Try the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the thumnails, Option #2.
2 - It may take 2-3 attempts so don't give up after only one attempt.

jpg does not support Layers.
Just to make sure, what exactly do you mean by "stacking photos" and what do you want to achieve thereby?

I am having the same issue. I just had the battery replaced at a third party store. The battery powers the ipod up but it needs to be restored. It is saying it isn't eligible for rebuild. yeah tried all that. the only thing that i havent tried is to delete itunes completely and restart. its the same with the ipad. i havent done a master reset. i just think it has to be something rather simple as it acknowledges that i have plugged in the ipad as it makes the noise it just come up usb not recognized. it shows up as an unknown device that doestn have any drivers

Which operating system are you running on?
Try starting the organizer while holding down the shift key. Hopefully, it should load the Catalog Manager.
Select your current catalog and click on the Repair button. Once it has finished, click on the Open button to see if the catalog opens.
