Crashing apps. What do I do to fix it?
My first gen. iPad exits out of apps and safari at random times when I am trying to use them. So I basically can't do anything on it. Is there some way I can fix this?I have the same problem. Yahoo Sportacular aborts every time I try to open it. It attempts to load and then the device goes right back to the home screen. The problem started April 26 after I switched leagues from NHL to NBA. Closing all apps and Restarting doesn't solve solve the problem.
All other apps on the iPad work fine. IPad2, OS6.
Any other suggestions? I suppose I could delete the app from the iPad and try re-installing it -

My Office Print Pro 8600 Plus will not print pdf files sent to it from an iPad using ePrint. I just get an error message when I go to the HP Eprint centre. It does print the cover e-mail but nothing else. The attachment is not secure as far as I can see. I have tried sending an attachment from my Mac and that worked fine.

Are you trying to send the PDF as an attachment in an e-mail sent to the ePrint e-mail address of the printer or are you trying to print using the ePrint app?
Try sending the same PDF document to the printer's ePrint e-mail address and let us know if that works. If this works but using the ePrint app is not working, maybe the ePrint app is not working fine with this PDF document (it could be due to it's size or something else). Remember that you can always use the e-mail ePrint address of the printer to send PDF documents as the processing is happening at the HP servers and not in your iPad as when you try to send it using the ePrint app.

First, there are no Mac viruses in the wild.
recently random sites have had a warning message thing come up that looks like a Norton Anti-virus telling me to run my browser in 'safe' mode or something.
So far it hasn't really done anything malicious, but I'd like to stop it before it does.
The file is an .exe file and unless you are running a Windows partition on your Mac, the Mac OS X cannot open those files. You're OK! If you are running Windows then you would need anti virus software, but it would be installed on the Windows partition, not the Mac OS X.
Nothing to be worry about. They are trying to get your to purchase anti virus software. Norton a/v for a Mac is the worst thing you could install. It's invasive and impossible to UNinstall.

i have the ipod touch 4th generation and the screen is white, i was going to charge it and it turned white. I have tried to reset it but the apple logo will not show up and it will not turn on! i just got it for christmas... can you please help?
The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. I'm trying to wirelessly print to my samsung printer. I've downloaded the bonjour printer wizard and could tell that a signal was going to my printer but it still would not print. Anyone have any ideas?
You didn't state how it's connected to each computer, if it's connected through your router then it should work. If it doesn't then you need to contact Canon and ask for assistance.

Printer connected via WiFi, will not print.
I have a MacBook Pro (2008) running Yosemite 10.10.1 and it is connected wirelessly to my Canon MP530 printer (using a print server). Everything is connected correctly, but when I send a file to print, nothing happens. I am pretty sure I have the correct driver installed because this identical setup works on my other Mac (2009) also running Yosemite 10.10.1.
The only thing I can remotely think of is that on the Mac that won't print, it is an older Mac (2008) running Yosemite. On the Mac that wireless printing works on, it is a newer model (2009) also running Yosemite. I suspect it may be a hardware problem, but not sure.
(and yes, I have also tried the Gutenprint drivers, with no result). I can print from the 2008 Mac using the 2009 Mac as a server, but that's it. I just want to be able to print from the 2009 Mac without connecting it directly to the printer or using the 2009 Mac as a "server". Why does one Mac print wirelessly while the other one will not?

I purchased keynote, numbers, and pages when i bought my macbook air in late september. the december update will not load because it says i do not own the software and returns an error messgae 100. i have read manuals and looked over the web but i cannot figure out how to get this software update to identify that i do own these three pieces of software. they are installed and usable. any ideas would be appreciated before i call apple support.

thanksFirst, make sure you are logged into the App Store with the same AppleID that you used to purchase the apps.
If that is not it, look in the App Store under Purchases. Are they there?
If not, go into your account in App Store and click the link to show hidden purchases.
If they are still not there, use the support link in the App Store.
If they do show up, copy all the apps to an external drive, then remove them from your Mac. Go to the App Store, Purchases, and install from there. -

Thanks for posting. If you upgraded from Lion to Mountain Lion, please try these steps:
1) Go into your Applications folder, then the Coupons folder and run the uninstall.
2) Once the uninstall is complete, drag the Coupons folder to the Trash can.
3) Reboot your system.
4) Go back to Coupons and reinstall the Coupon Printer for Mac.
You should be able to print. If not, please reply here.

LaserJet Pro Scans, prints test page but will not print from a file
I installed a LaserJet Pro200 MFP M276nw on my wife's Toshiba Satellite (Windows 7 64Bit OS) laptop yesterday (Printer is brand new out of the box). I installed with a wireless connection. It will print a test page and also scan wirelessly but will not print from a file i.e. a PDF. I installed it on my HP Probook this morning and it works fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The thought of paying Geek Squad 75 bucks rubs me the wrong way, especially since i just paid them 100 for an extended warranty. Thanks!

Hi guys, I have tried about 1 billion times to send my key note using email to my teacher as it is a very important assessment but it will not send, I have got the correct email address and it is not the size issue! Please help! I also could not print it because I don't have an air printer!

HP Photosmart Printer 6510 - Black ink will not print
I have an issue with my printer in that my black ink has stopped printing. Over the last few days I have read through the information on the HP trouble shooting site and this site and my isses is still not sorted. To date I have tried the following:1. New cartridge (both were genuine HP cartridges)2. Cleaned the print heads3. Removed the cartridge and cleaned all the contact points4. The ink levels are showing as full....
