I give the online form all of my information, but it says that my Serial Number cannot be verified. I don't want to pay $29.99 heehee. And I purchased my MacBook Pro on June 11, 2011...

If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine. YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.

Some users try reading it from the System Info under the Help menu inside Photoshop, and that's when they end up with a truncated serial number.

It is probably broken. You can try restoring it using Recovery Mode, but if that fails its time for a new phone. After all, it is 4 generations out of date. See: Recovery Mode

Error 91 - Trying to Use the Variant to Data Function

I am running into a problem when trying to use variants in my application. I have a state machine set-up in that one state creates a task list (cluster of arrays) and then converts it to variant. The variant is fed into a shift register that allows me to access the task list from a different state.
The problem comes when I try to use the Variant to Data function. I right click on the task cluster to create a constant, and then wire that to the TYPE terminal of the Variant to Data Function. I wire the task cluster variant to the VARIANT terminal. When I run the VI, i get error 91: Possible reason(s): LabVIEW: The data type of the variant is not compatible with the data type wired to the type input.".
How can I get this error when the type I wired to the TYPE terminal of the Variant to Data terminal is a constant created from the exact type created a variant from???

I'm trying to install CS6 onto my new Mac. However, the installer is saying that my serial number has been revoked. HELP

I purchased CS6 in June of 2012 and have been using it without a problem ever since. I just purchased a new Mac however, and want to install my current version of CS6. I downloaded the installer from adobe.com and am to the point of entering my serial number. However, I am now receiving an error message stating that my serial number has been "revoked" and that I my product cannot be downloaded. Lightroom is telling me that my serial number is invalid and won't let me use the product. I have the correct serial number.

I had to reinstall my computer's operating system and reinstall Lightroom. I input the serial that I pulled off the web at the Adobe site (also verified it w/ the email from Adobe) but it says my serial number is invalid. I have a deadline to delivery some images tomorrow and I can't use the software. Waiting for an answer Adobe and nothing is happening from them. Anything I can do???

Use Google and search for Adobe Lightroom Update downloads. Then go to the Adobe download site and download the most current version of LR version for the serial number you have.
Adobe has made this very hard. They always point you to the Creative Cloud version and you need the Stand alone version.

I just downloaded the ios7 successfully (love it) and after putting in a NEW passcode when I went back to the phone, it wouldn't take the passcode I thought I had entered. Phone is disabled, I never backed it up to my computer so it is not recognized, I can't get into it to get the serial number, and the Apple support won't accept the MEID # from the back of the phone so I can get help. I paid for Lightroom and have been using it for over a year now. Ive just tried to open the app and it's asking me for a serial number.

I purchased LR just over a year ago, has been working fine until I tried to open the app this evening and it's now asking me for my serial number. There is also no past records of product purchase in my CC account. Has anyone had this problem before and how can I fix it as I am now back on a 30 day trial.

I purchased Elements 13 and everything downloaded great. When I go to license the software before use the code wont accept letters, only numbers. My serial number has both.

I can't use the software before a license it. I am on the page to type in the serial number and it won't take letters only numbers. This is very frustrating.

I am trying to install CS2 but I receive a message that my serial number is invalid.

I have been trying to install CS2 on Win XP. (My old laptop died, I still have the original disks, serial #, etc. but was unable to use because of the activation problem). I downloaded all the files from the website referenced above and tried to follow the instructions here and in the pdf. However the files that downloaded to my computer did not have the names that are mentioned in the pdf. The files that downloaded were called CreativeSuiteCS2Disc1, CreativeSuiteCS2Disc2, CreativeSuiteCS2Disc3, CS2.0_WWE_Extras_1 and VCS2. Also, I was never given an option to "install later".
However I was able to "extract" the files. They extracted into different folders, and after reading through this whole thread I was able to move the files around in the folders until they look like those in message 123 later in this thread that pictures all of the files that should be in a folder together (mine are in C:\Creative Suite CS2\Adobe Creative Suite 2.0).
However I still can't get it to work. If I try to run the installer in any of the programs (for example Photoshop or Illustrator), when I enter the serial number given on the website I get the message that the serial number is not valid.

The problem is that the instructions that come in the pdf with the downloaded files do not work, because the files that download from that page do not have the names referred to in the pdf, and most of the things that are referred to in the instructions do not happen. Here is what actually happened.
When I downloaded the files from the website, these are the files that downloaded:
I double-clicked each one and they extracted into two different folders.
Then I read a message on the forum that said to move all the extractred files into the same folder, so I moved all files into one file at C:\Creative Suite CS2\Adobe Creative Suite 2.0 as was pictured in the forum message. Here are screen shots showing all of the files in that folder I have now:
So then I double clicked the "Setup" file and I got this error message:
So then I tried to install the programs separately from the installer inside the folders Photoshop and Illustrator. I got this far and entered the serial number from the website:
But then I got this error message, even though I was using the files and serial number exactly from the website:
I tried both photoshop and illustrator and the same thing happened.
(I also looked at Solution 2 that you mentioned above but I don't have anything called VCOM on the computer. Also the error message that I got is not that one.)
I think I really need a set of instructions that lists the steps in order to do, but based on the files that actually download from the website and what happens when you extract the files. I feel as if I have all of the proper files but it still doesn't work.

your serial number is for a win ps program, not mac. and that version is too old to swap platforms via adobe, Order product | Platform, language swap
via adobe you can upgrade to cc and use your apps on both (win and mac) platforms. cc is the first suite (which includes most adobe apps) that allows you to do this.
you can also try swapping with a third party and you can use a win emulator on your mac (parallels, bootcamp) though there are problems with these suggestions.
