When I attempt to start Firefox, I get an erroro message that says "Firefox is already running. You must close it...When I go to Task Manager, I find that it is not running. I uninstalled and re-installed, but the same thng happens.

I have received this message before, and used Task Manager to close the process. Then it would start OK.
This time, it won't start, and the same message is displayed.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

You need to contact the addon developers to prevent this, Firefox has no responsibility of a addon with a bug.

How do you uninstall and re-install on the same computer and keep all of your 'stuff'?

My TBird has gotten a little wonky and despite the best efforts of your support forum, it appears it is gonna stay 'wonky'.
Therefore, I would like to uninstall and re-install it and see if that solves the problem, but, of course, I would like to somehow export my messages/folders and address books.
I used an add-on called IMPORTEXPORTTOOLS to export my folders It gives you various options though and I didn't know the best one to choose.
Also, I couldn't figure out how to export my address book. I exported all of this to an Email product called CLAWS (which I can't even get to work...lol). However, if worse comes to worse, I can perhaps import them from the CLAWS client.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

ImportExportTools is good for saving/backup of your mail. For what you want, probably the zipped folders would be the easiest. You can export your address book(s) to a file (use LDIF; it's much easier to import later).
However, these are only pieces of the profile. With TB NOT running, you can copy your entire profile to another location/medium just by doing a file copy. Look at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-tb#w_how-to-find-your-profile I copy mine to a USB memory.
When you uninstall and reinstall TB, you will not be changing your profile! So if you want a really clean start, see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-multiple-profiles to create a new/clean profile. Don't delete your old one; you may need parts of it.
If things are still 'wonky' after a new start, let me know.

After updating to Firefox 4, it will not open. I end the Firefox processes in Task Manager per trouble shooting procedures; still not working. Removed and re-installed. No go.

First of all, why did you say yes to Nero Back up before researching what it does with files already on the HDD? When I install Nero, the Back Up is the first thing I disable, it is a nagging pain, there are much better backup programs available. There are several file recovery programs out there to recover deleted files, that is, if that is what happened. Also, if you haven't overwritten the files, so you should be able to find them.

However, there are chances that dll may conflict and few issues may occur.

I tried dialing in five times with each of the following settings:
Connecting on LTE (with no confirmation boop-boop tone that I'm on the 3G Extender): the telecon login worked five out of five times. This is impractical for me as I have wretched LTE signal where I live and it snaps hard over to 1x signal every 2-5 minutes and drops my call. That's why I got an extender!
Connecting on 3G (after a #48 positive confirmation boop-boop tone that I'm on the 3G Extender): telecon login worked zero out of five times. I had stellar 3G signal, but the 'overdialing' DTMF problem was consistent and I was unable to connect to the telecon service.

Open pdf says "please fill out the following form" when I attempt to apply redactions, I get an error message. How do I "turn off" the form portion of the document? I assume that is the problem since I have not had this issue with any of the other files

I am attempting to redact a large pdf file. When I open the file, it has a bar across the top with the message "please fill out the following form". I can mark redactions, but when I attempt to apply them I get a message saying, "In order to proceed Digital Signatures must be removed and the document must be fully authorized. Do you want to make these changes and continue?" I click "ok". Then I get a message saying, "an internal error occurred." How do I get around this problem?

You cannot redact a signed document. This is because one of the things signatures guarantee is access to the OLDER document (i.e. there will be an unredacted copy in there).
In general you cannot remove signatures, but sometimes you can. Look under the Signatures tab (right click on left vertical bar if there isn't one) to see if it is removable.

Flash Player Uninstalled and clean install but will NOT work

Yesterday my Flash Player stopped working. I tried to update and it crashed. I uninstalled all of the Flash Player info and then did several clean installs. I tried previous verisons and it still won't work. I have Windows 7, I use Mozilla Firefox and not sure what else you need to know to help me fix this before I lose my freakin' mind.

OK, I will try, but I really don't know. I don't have any other recommendations of places to go and just use Flash like you do. You say it just quit working in Win7. Since you mention Firefox, I am assuming you are using Flash as a plugin for Firefox. Usually when such a problem occurs, something has updated. It may be that the flash plugin in Firefox is disabled.
Did something else update when Flash quit working. When you say it quit working, what are the symptoms. I went to the samples I listed below to check operation -- what did you do?
I just updated both Firefox and Flash. I then went http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flash/samples.html and played a movie sample. No problems.
All I can do is try to help you troubleshoot and see if I can replicate your problem. After the update of flash, I tried the same sample in SeaMonkey and IE (Ugh). Both worked. I am running Win7, 32-bit for this test. Acrobat version is not relevant for the problem.
If this does not point to something for you, then more information on what you are defining as working may be needed. At this point, I see no issues on my end and can not replicate a fault. Firefox is now at 18.0.2 and Flash is at 11.6. It is interesting that it is listed as Shockwave Flash from Adobe in the plugins list. If you search for Shockwave Flash, Adobe indicates a version at 12.0. I am not sure about the difference.
Maybe some of this will help.
