When I bought Elements & Premiere 12, Adobe told me I was victimized by an ID Thief. Now I can't use my own expensive software!
I have been trying since October 18, 2013, to install & activate both programs, but all 8 of my PC's have been hacked by this thief. Even the Adobe technicians can't help me. I have lost 14,000 professional copyrighted photos. I am ruined. I have lost over $500,000 to bank fraud. Can't I at least get a refund of the money I paid for the software I can't use?
If your computer has been hacked and the serial numbers stolen, chances are that it is distributed (for money) by pirates. Which means Adobe is losing money by these events too.
Best contact the police about the matter.

I just bought this external USB hard disc, and what I did was I put all of my pictures in there because I need space for my computer. What I did after that , is that I configured the hard disc with Time Machine, to clear some space also and to "protect" my data. But now I can't use my hard disc, I can't see my pictures I had in it and I can't use it for Time Machine either.

Thanks!!External USB hard disks come formatted, and unless they're specifically sold for use with Macs, they're formatted for PC's, with FAT, exFAT, or NTFS formats. Macs can read data from all three formats but can only write to FAT and exFAT formatted drives. So you could save your pictures to an external with either of those two formats. However, Time Machine needs a HD formatted and partitioned for a Mac, and if you "configured the hard disc" for use "with Time Machine," you effectively erased the pictures. However, since you "can't use it for Time Machine either," it's not clear exactly what you did, so we'd need to know that first. Also, what do you mean by "clear some space also?" On your internal or the external? And if the external, how did you do that since it already had your pictures and should still have had some empty space.
I'd suggest looking here to see if your external's format agrees with what Time Machine needs. Just look, don't actually change anything, so we have some baseline to work with. And also look at the box the external HD came in. What does it say about computer compatibility and which operating systems it's intended for (i.e., Windows, Mac, both). -
I loaded a trial version of Adobe on 1-13-15 I did not like it, now I can not use Adobe.

When I do a package my adobe-id is sign in and is the default account. How can I fix so that no account is sign in when creating package. Regards Daniel

Relax. Nothing is wrong.
You accidentally tapped-and-held a little too long and you entered what many people call "jiggly mode" - i.e. app reorganization and deletion mode. When in this mode, you can move apps around on your various home screens, create and organize app folders, and delete apps (by tapping the X).
Exit this mode by tapping your Home Button one time. -

My iphone 4 is telling me I have to restore but when I plug in and connect to itunes, it freezes about 30-50 % through the process. Now I can't use my phone at all? I am waiting about 1-3 hours for this process to finish and nothing ever happens. HELP!!
Put it into DFU mode - hold the sleep/wake button and home button until the screen goes black (ignoring the slide to turn off slider). When the screen goes black release the sleep/wake button but hold the home button. Continue holding the home button for 10 seconds, then release it. The screen should stay black. Plug it into iTunes and it should come up with this message "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. It must be restored before use", that's when it is successfully in DFU mode. Now press the restore button in iTunes and it should run smoothly :)

I've bought an USB-to-ethernet-adapter and a minidisplay-port-to-VGA-adapter. But I can't use them at the same time. At first, I plugged those two adapters and only the USB-to-ethernet worked. I tried restarting the mac then only the VGA-adapter worked. I also tried to reinstall the OS.
I'm using new 13-inch MacBook Air early 2015. Obviously I'd have to do it on a PC. I've emailed Prolific asking them about my problem. No reply as yet, and I'm not holding my breath! Do you know if there are any other posts on these boards relating to Prolific? Stupid question really - I'll just do a search...

Apple TV only supports HDMI. It doesn't sound like it is an HDTV, even if you use an adapter there is no guarantee it would work and even then you would not be able to watch HDCP content (i.e. iTunes, Netflix etc).
If the TV is not widescreen and/or doesn't support at least 720P you will also have issues around that. -
I took pictures on my iphone when it was on the lock screen and now I can't view the pictures in all of my photos. How do I view them?
If you go to the Photos app, is there content in the Photo Library? These would be pictures that are synced to the phone from the computer. Photos in the camera roll are those that you take with the phone, or save from email, MMS on the phone. What type of pictures are you trying to get rid of? If you are trying to get rid of the synced photos, you need to connect to iTunes, select the iPhone in the device pane, then go to the Photo tab in iTunes and remove the check mark by sync.

You can leave the charger plugged in, as you cannot overcharge...charging automatically stops when your battery is full. Once every 2 ~ 3 months, its a good idea to drain the battery to about ~ 40%, then recharge to full. Otherwise, you can charge whenever you like & leave connected whenever you like.
Try to avoid full battery discharges, Lithium batteries don't like that & frequent full discharge/recharge cycles will eventually kill your battery.
