When I click "Clear now" to clear the cache, nothing happens, no acknowlegement the the cache is cleared, and I need to know whether the function is working.

login problem at an arts forum... login works at other sites.
I can't log in. They gave me a new password and were able to log in with it, doesn't work for me. They suggested clearing cache.
I removed a cookie from that site, and tried to clear the cache, but suspect I was unsuccessful. When I go to the login, after attempting to clear the cache and removing cookie, the login form is immediately filled in with a password, which could be the old one or the new one, they are unfortunately the same number of letters.
How do I get the cache clear if the edit preferences thing is not working?

As a quick test for cookie or cache problems you can try to switch Private Browsing mode on to see if that allows to log in.
You can either use Tools > Start Private Browsing or set a check mark in:
* Tools > Options > Privacy: [ ] "Automatically start Firefox in a private browsing session"
To see all the History and Cookie settings, select: Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"<br />
Do not forget to exit Private Browsing mode after you have finished the login test.

AlexCarey, I've been having issues purchasing recently and place a number of calls to the support team. On Oct. 5th, and on my own decision, I went into my itunes profile and re-entered my credit card expiration date and security code. (Notice, it is not displayed for safety measures.) Today, I received an email from Apple support verifying if I made changes made to my account. For the heck of it, I logged back into itunes; click "Buy". If you didn't have the opportunity to deactivate the installations then you should contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations for all the serial numbers involved.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

When I click on a link in an email, nothing happens; Firefox used to open the page. I am using a Mac computer, latest OS, and the Mac mail program.

I have tried quiting Firefox and setting Safari to my default browser. Links open on Safari just fine. When I go back to Firefox as my default, I continue to have the same issue, links will not open in Firefox.

You can also quit and relaunch Firefox and then
the link will open in mac mail.

On opening Firefox I keep getting the above msg. Sometime ago, there was a virus posing to be a Windows XP Security Update, which was removed. According to CA who provides virus protection, this is a matter for Firefox.

If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* Firefox 4.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
* Uninstall your current Firefox version.
* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Firefox Profile Folder] and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

Start with the troubleshooting basics:
1. Delete the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder. (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
2. Repair Permissions using Disk Utility
3. Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts) and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

On 4.7 version in some standard objects(SAP Objects) some changes are done by custom by using modification assistance.
On ecc 6.0 version I need to know whether the same changes are done by custom or sap? ( not manually)
Let me know is there any process to know the changes done by sap or custom on ecc 6.0.
