I just installed itunes on a Windows 7 PC. When I click on the Itunes icon the following message appears -
The Itunes Library.itl file cannot be found or created. The default location for this file is in the "Itunes" folder in the "Music" folder.
I have checked and there is a file named Library.itl in the "Music" folder. I'm not sure where to go from here so any help would be greatly appreciated.See Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash.

When I click the itunes icon it doesn't run.
I've even tried going into the task manager then file, then new task(run) and run "itunes.exe"
when i do that it shows up in the processes for a second than disappears. any ideas?it seems itunes did not install quicktime with it, so i downloaded quicktime seperately, installed it, and now itunes works fine

In Lion and Mountain Lion, an alternative way to open your user Library folder (to access the Preferences folder), is to click and hold down Go in the Finder menu bar and then press and hold down the Option key on the keyboard. The Library folder will appear in the drop-down menu. Slide the pointer down until Library is highlighted. As you release the mouse button, the Library folder will open.

I am running Windows XP SP3. Firefox 9.0.1
When I try to use Yahoo chat, the popup Window does not display!
I can use iExplorer to chat.
This started to happen since last week (Wed. or Thur I believe)
I tried to disable all the add-ons but nothing. I've set the browser to default and nothing
I can see someone send me a chat blinking but I can't use it, nothing in conversation history.
How do I fix this?

There was a workaround posted, but I've not tested it myself.
The bug has been resolved in Firefox 10, so you may want to try installing the Beta if you feel it is important enough.

Your Vista will have been recording some information about those ones.
Go into your Problem Reports and Solutions Control Panel, click on the Problem History, and look for iTunes problem reports that occur at the same time as those error messages. Open the iTunes problem reports and have a look through them. Do they all say pretty much the same thing? If so, paste the contents of a typical problem report into a reply here so we can have a look. -

I have not been able to access the itunes store for the past month, it has been a long time since I have downloaded/purchased anything, probably around christmas time, but the problem is I click on the itunes store and the grey zebra striped bar just keeps running accross the top indefinitely, one other thing is that when I click on my itunes icon on the left side of my screen a window pops up and tells me to turn off compatibility, so I tried to follow the prompts through the properties from right clicking the itunes icon but after the thing runs its check and i click on make suggested changes, it still says incompatible. I have no idea what to do and this is extremely frustrating, please help!!
