When opening a link any link from firefox address does not display in the location bar. Even when navigating forward from there the address does not show back/forward button and refresh all rendered unable to be used

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Here are my suggestions for you to consider when you revisit Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 8 64 bit.
a. Music. Actually take your iTunes music into iTunes to convert them to .wav version. And, then import the .wav version
into the Premiere Elements project.

b. If you have a 1440 x 1080 HD anamorphic 16:9 source at 29.97 interlaced frames per second, then you (manually) or the project (automatically) set the project preset to
NTSC
AVCHD
HD1080i30
However, when you go to export the Timeline content, then you select an export choice which uses 1920 x 1080 16:9, not 1440 x 1080 which depends on a 16:9 flag to stretch the 1440 x 1080 to 1920 x 1080 for display after encoding.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer

If images are missing then check that you do not block images from some domains.
*Tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu bar.
Check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
Check "Tools > Page Info > Media" for blocked images
*Select the first image link and use the cursor Down key to scroll through the list.
*If an image in the list is grayed and "Block Images from..." has a checkmark then remove this checkmark to unblock images from this domain.
Make sure that you do not block (third-party) images, the permissions.default.image pref on the about:config page should be 1.
Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
Note that these settings affect background images.

It isn't supposed to pair with the MacBook. You can use WiFi to connect but not Bluetooth. You can setup a personal HotSpot on the iPhone and connect the MacBook, or setup the MacBook AirPort to create a network and attach the iPhone, and use the USB cable to connect the iPhone to the MacBook for syncing and backup purposes.
The communications are rather limited.

You could follow the instructions in the support document that you linked from. There is a section regarding the passcode and the inability to use it or enter it. However, you may encounter more issues since you cannot use the screen.

This is using Mac Firefox current version. I use lots of tabs and don't have space for all of them so there is a >> at the right end for clicking and displaying the rest of them. If I click and display list and highlight one of them, the right click does not work - I want to open in a new tab not use the existing - there are no menu options displayed on these tabs. To check your model go to About This Mac (by clicking on the Apple icon, top left) and then select more info. If you wish to use mirroring you will need one from 2011 or later running OSX 10.8 or later. The alternative would be to use 3rd party software like Airparrot.
