When I click on buttons/pull down tabs on a variety of websites , I can see that I have pressed the button but the website does not recognize the action

When I have visited travel websites I can not 'click' on the Calendar. I tried to buy a book and checked off to be visit as a guest - and the website did not recognize the button I had checked off. I tried to edit on 'online profile" and the website does not recognize that I have clicked the 'edit' button.
I have not had problems before and do not understand why this has started to happen.
I am running mac osx 10.7.5 and firefox 21

If this was only on one or two sites, I'd suggest "Option #1" below and it's still a good idea. However, when several sites are involved, I begin to suspect an add-on. Hence, "Option #2" below.

Windows 7 and previous versions gives the ability to add additional keyas validboard selections to be available when selected. The command logo is located on the bottom right of the bottom command bar. I have tried several times to type emails in my Yahoo Mail program while in Firefox, and though the selection shows on the bottom bar, the keyboard is still in English. I do not wish to change the operating language. I just want to have the availability when needed.

Easiest to switch the keyboard layout is to assign a specific shortcut key to each layout (e.g. Shift+Ctrl+9)

Can't help with your Safari issue, but if you want to report this issue to Apple's engineering, send a bug report or an enhancement request via its Bug Reporter system. To do this, register as an Apple Developer—it's free and available for all Mac users and gets you a look at some development software. Since you already have an Apple username/ID, use that. Once a member, go to Apple BugReporter and file your bug report or enhancement request. You'll get a response and a follow-up number; thus, starting a dialog with engineering.

Yu are trying to impoort photos taken by or saved to the iPod, right? If the photos were synced to the iPod then iPhot does not work.

When visiting a site I frequent I tried to download a linked .pdf file. Previously I've used Firefox 7.0.1 to download the link with no problem. Using Firefox 8 however I the browser does not recognize the .pdf link's mime type. Instead of recognizing the download link as a .pdf file Firefox 8 tries to download it as "index.php". Firefox 8 does this with .doc files and .txt files as well. When I downgrade to 7.0.1 again the problem disappears.

I'd try starting Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting-extensions-themes Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide ] and the [[Troubleshooting plugins]] article as well.

Ok make sure you have iTunes 11. Then connect iPod touch to computer then iTunes should pop up automatically. After it opens on the bottom left there should be a tab where it says your name and then iPod. For example (Johns iPod) click on that then it brings all your information of the iPod including restore and updating.

Try perform below steps.
Open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys. Click on more details if the option available.
Then end all Adobe related processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync ( if running )
Then hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
It will open Run window
In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
Open Local > Adobe folders
Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
Go back to Program Files (x86) and Open Adobe folder
Try deleting Adobe Creative Cloud folder, if it is not allowing rename it to Adobe Creative Cloudold
Download and install Creative Cloud App from below link

How is the C6200 connected to the iMac, is it via USB or Wi-Fi? If it's via Wi-Fi please make sure it's connected to the router using the printer's Network Wizard. Then click System Preferences - Print & Scan and assuming the iMac is on the same network as the printer, if it is the printer should be seen. If it's not then click the + sign and add the printer. Its been several months (many upgrades to the iMac software during this time), and now when I try to reconnect the external dire (Use a firewire cable) it does not recognize the drive is there. I also tried "reloading" software from the Western Digital site, but after following all the instructions, it looks like my iMac doesn't support this software (I can't even locate it after I follow all the instructions.

First of all, you do not really want to use their software; if you want a bootable clone, use either Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper. If you simply want to drag and drop some files, you don't need software to do that. The important thing on any external drive is that you format/partition it correctly (Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and using GUID partition scheme).
Unfortunately, I don't know anything about WD drives or their software, so I don't have any idea what kind of backup you did. Having said that, it should still recognize the external even if it's outdated. Have you tried mounting it manually in Disk Utility? If you can get it to mount, you could (worst case scenario) just drag your stuff off onto your internal and then reformat the external.

The screen is all black, so it's not the backlight. It's weird because when I get the computer off of sleep mode, it shows the log in screen really quickly. So my LCD isn't broken either. It just switches back to the wrong resolution I guess. Which makes the screen black again.
