Help please. I have windows Vista. Never had a problem until last week. When I click on itunes icon on desktop I get a message that it has stopped working. I have tried to downoad several times ...nothing seems to work. How can I get my itunes back?

Your Vista will have been recording some information about those ones.
Go into your Problem Reports and Solutions Control Panel, click on the Problem History, and look for iTunes problem reports that occur at the same time as those error messages. Open the iTunes problem reports and have a look through them. Do they all say pretty much the same thing? If so, paste the contents of a typical problem report into a reply here so we can have a look.

When I click onto the firefox webbrowser, I get the message "firefox has stopped working, windows will close the application to find a solution to the problem."
I had this exact same problem. I found this fix and it worked for me.
Step 1:
Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support and copy the filen named QTMovieWin.dll.
Step 2:
Browse and past that file into C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes.

It happens completely randomly. Also, when I tried wearing a persona recently, it crashed after 10 seconds. The browser still crashes when I don't wear it.

I run Windows 7. I downloaded Firefox 6.0 for Windows which resulted in the following which I cannot fix:

Why does the new Itunes freeze when i click on my Ipod touch icon to manage my content? All buttones, video, tv, info, music, they all do nothing. i was only able to sync by bringing up the old sidebar. Is this a software glitch, or am i missing a step? The screen is telling you to connect the iPod to your computer with iTunes with the USB connector. iTunes should open and give you instructions as to what to do. Whatyou need to need to do is to restore the iPod via iTunes.

ITunes or iPhoto do not appear when I click the music or photo icons
I wish to add music & photos to my production in iMovie. But when I click the music or photo icons, iTunes and iPhotoe do not appear in the boxes that open. I can have them open in another window and drag them in, but this is not what is supposed to happen, what can I do ?
Do you mean you have checked the box: "Always use private browsing mode"? If so, it's intentional that the private browsing icon isn't displayed as we didn't want Firefox to be showing everyone within view that you're using private browsing mode IIRC.
There are some easy things you can do to confirm that you are in private browsing mode such as visiting a new website and then confirming it doesn't appear in the history window. -

I have installed firefox 3.2.64. When i click on the desktop icon nothing happens. The windows task manager says mozilla firefox is running but I can't see it anywhere. What might the problem be?A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

You need a minimum of 10GB of free space for normal operations
You need to address that first - the best soution may be to get an external drive formatted Mac OS extended (journaled) and drag your iPhoto library to it - depress the option key and launch iPhoto and point to that library
Hopefully that will let you get started - there may be additional repairs needed

When I click the launchpad, (I have icons on 2 pages) how do I return to the 1st set after the system seems to automatically shift to 2nd page?.
I'm not aware of anything I might have done, but it's annoying to want to use an icon on the 1st page, only to see all the icons on page 1 shift rapidly to the left
and I can't find a way to shift back to page 1.

what do i do if my internet is wep and i need it to be wpa2 because my ipod touch 4th gen connects to the internet but when i click on safari or itunes it says safari cannot open the page because its not connected to the internet. i have contacted apple support and they said to change from wep to wpa2 but when i change it to wpa2 and type in password and connect on my laptop it says the saved setting on this computer for the network do not match the require ments of the network
My 2nd gen works fine with WPA2 and AES encryption.
You may need to go back and start over. Reset the router back to factory defaults, log on as the admin, set up security, DHCP, and make sure the IP address pool has enough IP addresses to lease to ALL of the computers/devices that will connect to that the router. -

Force quit the application and try again.
