It used to be that every time I clicked on the pinned Firefox logo in the taskbar a new window would open. Now when I click the pinned logo it only opens and closes one window.

hello, this seems to me like intended behaviour - all other open programs behave the same way, a click on the pinned icon minimizes them, another one brings them back to the foreground.
you can open a new window by right-clicking on the firefox icon & selecting that option. the keyboard shortcut for it would be ctrl+n, or you can also [[Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars|add a "open new window" button]] onto the firefox user interface.

You will need to be much more specific about what you problem is. That is how TM works. That is how you find things to restore from TM, by using a Finder window so that you can browse through the Mac's hierarchy of folders and files.

When I click on the Mozilla Firefox icon, I cannot get to my homepage so I can use the Internet.

This issue can be caused by a problem with the file c:\windows\system32\dwmapi.dll
The file dwmapi.dll is a Vista file and should not be present in Windows XP.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

In Firefox Nightly (what will become Firefox 20), per-window private browsing has been added, so the menu item under the Tools menu is gone. It's been replaced by New Private Window under the File menu. I don't suppose it's very likely that you're using such a cutting-edge test version of Firefox though.
If that doesn't solve the problem, since it's a different issue, it would be best if you would ask a new question.

Iphone 6 tells me that "Item not available" in my country UK, when i click on the itunes store icon for the app to open the music, movies or tv shows section of the app. is this a bug?

I am based in the UK and have just got a new iphone 6, everything works well except when i try to turn on the itunes store app - i can do a search and buy music etc that way, within the app, however, if i go to Music, Movies or the TV shows section within the Store app, i get a message come up saying "Item Not Available" - This item you've requested is not currently available in the UK Store, but it is available in the US store. Tap Change Store to view this item". I therefore cannot browse the music, movies or tv shows sections at all, nothing shows up except that message. All my previous itunes purchases have downloaded ok, and i can access them. My apple ID works fine and restrictions on the iphone are turned OFF. The App Store app works normally. Connection etc is all fine and I can access itunes in the normal way on my ipad and laptop, so this is just an iphone problem. Any ideas? is this a bug? I cant find anyone else with exactly the same problem. By the way, the same message comes up when i click on the red Music icon, on the iphone (situated next to the Safari icon) and then go to the "Store" via that app. my playlists are in tact, but as soon as i click that Store button, I am told that the Item is unavailable - not that i have chosen any Item lol, I just want to access the store in the normal way. Click your Apple menu  top right in your screen.

When i click on the Itunes desktop icon nothing happens? I've uninstalled itunes with Revo Uinstaller and deleted all traces and then reinstalled it through the Apple Software Updater and i still cant get Itunes to come up when i click on it.
I've read that i can go to the task manager and end the process but im afraid to it says "Warning" when i click to end the process.

Something must be auto-starting itunes, then. For instance MSN messenger, it can have a plug-in to show what's playing in itunes and that could be starting itunes. There are other programs that can do it too - I don't know what's on your PC.
Since this is happening in more than one account, I think you are going to have to go through the pain of using MSCONFIG to troubleshoot this issue.

It sounds like your computer may be infected with some sort of a virus / Malware.

Also, I noticed you have the coupon printer installed. I would go to Start, Control Panel, then programs and features and uninstall the coupon Printer from inside there. It can cause some problems with Firefox.

I came up with an alternative solution.
Instead of actually trying to move the JInternalFrame from one JDesktopPane to another, I added a single, maximized JInternalFrame to the left side. When one of the right side frames is to be docked, I merely copy its ContentPane to the single JInternalFrame on the left, set the original to be non-visible, and adjust the properties of the JSplitPane to make the "docked" frame appear.
When the "close" button on the docked frame is pressed, I simply undo this procedure to "undock" the frame and redisplay it on the right-hand side (with its content intact from the docked frame, but in its original position).
