Check that you do not run Firefox as Administrator.
Right-click the Firefox desktop shortcut and choose "Properties".
Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.
* Privilege Level: "Run this program as Administrator" should not be selected
* "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" should not be selected
Also check the Properties of the firefox.exe program in the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).

Download stops after run window asks for password or to run as current user.

when I try ro download Firefox the download stops after it asks to continue as the administater or current user. I do not remember my password so I try to continue as the current user and the program just disappears.

if you save the download of firefox to your computer and then right click and say "Run as Adminstrator" it should work...i was having the same problem and it worked for me.

JavaScript Editor opens when I click Run Sequence

I'm using Batch Sequences to add Headers to my documents, using addWatermark from Text. I want the file name as part of the watermark.
The reason I'm using javascript rather than the provided sequence is that I have a few hundred documents and they have a different amount of pages.
When I click run sequence the javascript editor pops up and if I click OK then everything runs fine, the new doc is created with the header I wanted.
But I don't want to click OK a few hundred times and it wasn't happening before, it just started. Is there a way to stop it from popping up? Or a way to figure out why it started?
I'm on Acrobat 9 Pro 9.0.0 and Windows XP.

unfortunately the do_not_trust certificates might be a sign of unwanted software present on your pc that is intercepting secure network traffic. please go into the system control panel and uninstall programs like BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, SafeGuard or other software that sounds suspicious and didn't get installed by you intentionally.

When you click on the WiFi network name, have you also provided the password for accessing the network? You should get a dialogue box asking you for the security information the first time you connect.
If you are not able to connect, you might want to go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings.
Then go back to Settings > WiFi and select your network name again and make sure the security information is now entered correctly.
If you still cannot connect, power down the router, wait a few minutes, power up the router, with the iPad powered down the whole time, and after the router has had several minutes to stabilize power up the iPad. See if it now connects correctly.

You have a "good WiFi connection". What does that mean exactly? Can you send and receive email and are other internet related activities working OK for you? Have you tried restarting or rebooting your iPad? Sometimes that helps. If nothing else, it's a good place to start.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

AlexCarey, I've been having issues purchasing recently and place a number of calls to the support team. On Oct. 5th, and on my own decision, I went into my itunes profile and re-entered my credit card expiration date and security code. (Notice, it is not displayed for safety measures.) Today, I received an email from Apple support verifying if I made changes made to my account. For the heck of it, I logged back into itunes; click "Buy". Do they show on your purchase history ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent purchase is above the list).
If they don't show then they may just be 'holding charges' to check that you had enough funds to pay for them - in which case they should disappear within a few days or so.

Are you searching for a file that you downloaded via Firefox?
If that is the case then you can check the Download Manager (Tools > Downloads) and if that file is listed there then right click that entry and choose > Open Containing Folder. If that entry is grayed then the file is no longer in the original download location and possibly removed by AV software.

That's exactly why it needs to support it... The support means the
application was tested in the supported environment and is known to work
well in it. In unsupported environments you can get all kind of strange

I believe with the 3G and the older iOS, erase all content and settings acts differently than the newer iOS. You can use this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 to place the phone in recovery mode and restore it.
