When I close Firefox it no longer saves my tabs. this just started recently. I checked the options in my settings that the help location indicated and they are all set correctly. Help. Mike

Who can shed some light on my ongoing connection problem.
After upgrading my iPad Air with IOS 7.06, I could no longer connect to the internet.
I have 2 MacBooks Air, 1 ipad mini and one iPhone 4S running on the same network, and they are all connected to the net and function well.
So I cleaned up the ipad completely, installed the latest firmware and reinstalled my apps : no connection.
I tried all things of resets and forgets. No result.
I have been fondling with my Airport Extreme 5 , but that did not help much.
This morning I went to a neighbor , hooked my ipad air on his network, typed the password and the thing all worked fine.
I have tried to connect the ipad air as an ethernet client, but that did not work. „Not enough power“ was the statement
Ideas anyone ?Yes I tried this manyfold. But did not work. Reading on, I took Tesserac's advice. Shut down router and computer.
Start router after 15 minutes and wait another 10 minutes before starting the computer.
Et voila.... everything is back in working order,

I am getting interference (scratching sound) on my Ipod touch on music that I sync from downloaded CDs to ITunes on my PC. The music is clear when I play it on my PC but has the interference on the Ipod. This just started recently. Any thoughts?
Thank you so much for the reply. I does not appear to be the headphones because I get the same interference sound from my Ihome radio when I dock by Ipod on it as well as when I connect the Ipod to the radio connection in the car. I have isolated the issue to the Ipod because these same tunes play without interference on my PC so something is happening in the sync process.

HELP I have lost all my motion 4 content from all the files, ive looked in all the files and they are all empty. can i get replacement content as I my dvds where stolen along. with my other laptop. any Ideas. would be a great help. For Motion 4.
Try a hard reset:- hold the home button AND the power switch - ignore the red "Slide to power off" and wait ubntil the iPhone powers down, and then restarts - at the Apple logo, release all the buttons and see if your contacts reappear.

When I type my email address in the "To:" field, a random name comes up next to it as "Holidays in United States". This just started happening out of the blue and I have no idea why. Does anyone else have any idea?
Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. when I updated my Apple tv it now shows about 10 computers on my network which I only have one tv...how do I get rid of the other "computers" listed as they are all the same, this was not happening before I updated the Apple TV
It looks to be a bug. A reboot to computer and/or Apple TV may resolve it.

Streaming music with airport express and Apple TV to 2 different systems. No problem with Apple TV. iPad and iPhone 4 and new 5s keep dropping their connection to airport express. Airport express connection to wifi appears to be fine. No dropping by windows PC. This just started recently after working fine for a year. Help?

I want to delete all cookies when I close Firefox except for one website. Is this possible?

There is a plugin for that, search "cookie" on the plugins site and you'll find it.

I tried uninstalling firefox and reinstalling, but the problem continues. I also ran AVG to check for worms or viruses to no avail.
It's a little complicated because Firefox plays some video formats itself without a plugin. For others it may use Flash, the Windows Media Player, QuickTime, or another plugin depending on what the page specifies and what plugins you have installed.
Also, some sites use a script to start the video after the page loads. Facebook is now doing this as you scroll down, playing when a video comes into view and pausing when it goes out of view. Fun, hunh?
Because of this, there's no universal solution for clamping down on all videos.
Here are a couple of built-in settings that might help:
(1) For videos Firefox plays itself in the built-in HTML5 video player, there is a preference you can change: media.autoplay.enabled (but scripts in the page can bypass that)
(2) For plugins, you can set "Ask to Activate" on the ones you do not want to run automatically. Visit the Add-ons page using either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins.
When you visit a site that wants to use the plugin, you should see a notification icon in the address bar and one of the following: a link in a black rectangle in the page or an infobar sliding down between the toolbar area and the page.
Beyond that, you would need to find one or more add-ons. -
My apple TV is finding and connecting to the Wifi network but then says it is not connected to the internet and then I cannot find it on the iPad through airplay. I don't want it connected to the internet (as in www.) because for the use I have I only need to use the Apple tvs locally in a sports hall as scoreboards. I have 3 others working on the same router and they are working fine (as of yesterday)
On my screen I see (obviously not written like this)

signal strength- fine
Ip address- fine
DCN- fine
Activation- Failed
This is the only negative I can find and the statement that the Apple TV has connected to the wifi but is not connected to the internet.

Make sure location is set correctly

Signal strength on device won't account for issues, you would need a network report from istumbler, netstumbler or similar. This will show accurate signal strength along with noise and nearby networks -
Using the latest Iphoto and Iphone5 software. I try to sync all my photos on my iphone and for some reasons, when they appear on my iphone, some events (when i go to events from mac) are incomplete (photos missing in some events) and randomly presented as opposed to being sorted by date like they are on my iphoto on my mac. This also happens on trying to sync my ipad... Solution anyone?

It sounds like you are syncing photos from iPhoto on your computer but not all the photos you set to sync are actually coming over, and they are disorganized. Based on what you are describing, I would recommend deleting the iPod Photo cache which stores picture information that iTunes uses to sync photos from your iPhoto library. When you use iTunes to sync photos to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, iTunes creates a folder called iPod Photo Cache. The iPod Photo Cache stores photos that are optimized for display on your device. The location of this folder depends on the syncing options you select. In iTunes, if you change the selection in the Sync Photos From menu, a new iPod Photo Cache folder will be created (and the previous folder will remain).

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Delete the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
