When I connect to the iTunes store, I see that it has loaded, but none of the albums are showing.
I connect. I can tell that the page has loaded according to the status bar at the top of the page, but nothing shows up. Just a blank screen. When i click on different tabs, the status bar changes, showing that it is working, but nothing shows up!
HELP!
Hey StoneyRidgeBoy

Can anyone help? Two ipods with originally one itunes library and (I think) same Apple id). Now need 2 Libraries with separate account for separate buying etc. Recommended I create new library on separate PC User account which I have done together with new apple id. I have added this apple id to the ipod needing separate account. When I hook up, I can't sync. No 'Devices' left panel appears at all. I'm at a loss here so any help woudl be great. Thanks.
If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing iTunes and my pc still will not connect with the iTunes Store. I have tried just about every suggestion on the web to no avail, please help.
When I click on the store it just never opens, I do not receive any message. I try to "refresh the page" and nothing. While having the store selected I go to "help" and check for updates and i get a message; "The iTunes updatte server could not be contacted" and it prompts me to check my internet connection which is fine. None of the items under the "Store" respond with anything.
I ran a iTunes Diagnostics/ Under "Which Tests do you want to run" I check only "Network Connections" and the results that I receive is...
Network connectivity:
Network interfaces, verified
iTunes Store connectivity:
Internet connection, verified
Secure link to iTunes Store, FAILED

I've redeemed my itunes card and at the top of the itunes stores it states "$20. in your account" but when i try and purchase a song it still comes up with my billing info and dosent pick up the card at all?? plz help me
If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.
If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account. -
What happened to the nifty "sync" button in iTunes? It syncs as soon as I plug it in, and that's great! BUT! When I go to the iTunes Store and buy new stuff, I can't just 'sync' the device again so my new stuff gets added. Why?
Nothing happened to it.
It is still there. Maybe it says apply now, not sure, but it is still there. -
i recently got iphone 4 , yesterday i was trying to install an application from the itune store it say that i need to authorize it ( i already have an account and bought some apps ) and there was a CLICK HERE BUTTON , when i press on it it take me a to a page that require some kind of activation code or smthn like that ,
how can i authorize the device ?
and btw i bought it from UAE store
IOS 4.3.2You should only make purchases for all your devices using a single Apple ID. There is no need, and indeed a good reason not to, set up a new Apple ID with each new device purchase. While items purchased under different IDs can be played on a single device, you cannot merge Apple IDs and it makes it cumbersome.
Apple IDs do not expire but may become dormant and require reactivation if they are not actively used.
You should make note of your Apple ID and passwords and keep a record of it. Like a bank account it contains access to items with value. Update your Apple ID email address as they change.
I see you were guided to this forum by a help page on recovering your password. If that is not sufficient try the links below. Apple will need to verify you are indeed to owner of the accounts to which you are trying to gain access.

I accidentally erased a music album that I purchased on iTunes. How can I get the iTunes store to recognize that it is no longer in my iTunes library and download it again?
Delete the broken links in iTunes then look at your purchased list to redownload.
If this happened because you were deleting files from the iTunes folder in Finder, don't. You have to let iTunes do all the deleting and moving or you will end up with broken links. -
I gifted a ringtone to my sister that I purchased from the iTunes store, and it is on her phone, but we can't figure out how to get it moved to her ringtones. Can anyone help?
Edit > Preferences. Select the check box for Ringtones, this will add them to the listing in iTunes.
Not sure that really answers your question though. -
I have just opened iTunes and only the music that I have purchased from the iTunes store is being shown: I can't find any of the music that I have imported from a file. Help?

I have a shuffle. When I plug it into Itunes, it tells me that it has not been ejected properly, and it will not recognize the Ipod. I have turned off the computer, and tried this with another shuffle with the exact same results. Any ideas?
Do you remeber the exact (or close to it) wording of the error message?
Try manually placing the iPod in Recovery mode and then try to restore
Next try DFU mode.

How do I sort songs in the iTunes store? You used to be able to click on the column header to sort the column (ie Popularity)?
It seems this is a "backwards" upgrade from Apple in their iTunes 11 release....like you, I used to use that function in the iTunes store to sort through and decide which song version to purchase. (For a large returned list of songs...see all...then sort by any of the headers, including Popularity...this functionality is now gone.)
The iPad always suffered from this...was never able to sort on those same column headers with an iPad. It seems, this new iTunes release killed that functionality on the Mac as well.
Just one of the few things that went wrong with number 11!
Better luck next time, -
I can sign into the Itunes store with my apple is and pw, but with that same apple id and password it will not let me sign into the billing area to change my credit card or buy something! argh

I have used itunes forever, Sunday night when I tried to get into the itunes store an error popped up and said could not open; error code (-3212), How do I get back into the itunes store?
Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times. -
