When i delete a message from my iphone why does it delete it from my pc at the same time? I need the messages to go to both until I delete them from my pc.
When I delete a message from my iphone, why does it also delete it from my PC. This happens even though I don't sync them.
Are you talking about mail messages?
Try Settings > Mail > your mail account > Advanced > Delete from server, and set it to 'never'
And if it's an IMAP account try turning on "Archive Messages".

I know you press the app icon until it starts shaking, then press the black cross in the upper left corner. This will remove it.
But still I will come in to the store as a bookmark Purchated I see it with the symbol of a cloud. And I would like to remove it for good. Under iOS 5.1.1 somehow I managed to do that (at least hide it). In iOS 6 I can not do that.
I greetThe only transition you can add this way is default cross dissolve. If the images are in the timeline, move the playhead to the beginning of the images, select them all, and drag from the timeline to the canvas to overwrite with transition.

I've attached a VI that I am using to acquire amplitude from Spectrum analyzerse. I tried to connect amplitude ouput to the VI Write Characters To File.vi and Write to Spreadsheet File.vi. Unfortunately when I run continual this VI without interruption, labview ask me many time to enter a new file name to save a new value.
So, How can I do to aquire and save date in the same time and in the same file when I run continual my VI for example during 10 min.

Your VI does work perfectly. Unfortunately this not what I want to do. I've made error in my last comment. I am so sorry for this.
So I explain to you again what I want to do exactly. I want to acquire amplitude along road by my vehicle. I want to use wheel signal coming from vehicle to measure distance along road. Then I acquire 1 amplitude each 60 inches from spectrum analyzer.
I acquire from PC parallel port a coded wheel signal coming from vehicle (each period of the signal corresponds to 12 Inches). Figure attached shows the numeric signal coming from vehicle, and the corresponding values “120” and “88” that I can read from In Port vi.
So I want to acquire 1 time amplitude from spectrum analyser each 5
period of the signal that I am acquiring from parallel port.
So fist I have to find how can I count the number of period from reading the values “120” and “88” that I am acquiring from In Port (I don’t know the way to count a number of period from reading values “120” and “88”).
Here is a new algorithm.
1) i=0 (counter: number of period)
2) I read value from In Port
3) If I acquire a period
i= i+1 (another period)
4) If i is multiple of 5 (If I read 5 period)
acquire 1 time amplitude and write to the same
file this amplitude and the corresponding distance
Distance = 12*i). Remember each period of signal
Corresponds to 12 Inches).i has to take these
values: 5,10,15,20,25,35,40,45,50,55,60............
5) Back to 2 if not stop.

HELP! Safari 5.1.10 on OSX 10.6.8: All of a sudden in the last few days, when Safari is launched it is trying to load hundreds of pages at the same time, hanging up the whole computer. What the heck happened?
I misunderstood the settings. A few days ago I had tried to set it to open a specific page upon launch, and set "New windows open with: Bookmarks" instead of ":Homepage"

Installed new hard drive and windows 7 at the same time. Left old hard drives in computer, installed firefox however I have no idea in which file the old bookmarks are located. I still have the old files for firefox in the old drives.
Your "Firefox personal data", like bookmarks, are stored in your Profile folder in Firefox. See this support article about how to recover that data from that old hard drive and transfer it your your new Profile.

I've just purchased a new Mac mini server and also a new time capsule is there any easy way to ghost or transfer the new machines at the same time or is it best to do one at a time?
I have no direct experience transferring a TC and computer at the same time, but prudence tells me to do one, test to be sure it is correct only then do the other. It will take twice as long from process start to finish, but avoids any nasty surprises at process end. In close to 40 years experience, I have never seen a "crash conversion" (everything at the same time) that did not have at least one major disaster. I am sure it can happen but the odds are heavily against it. Patience is a virtue!

i got apple care + a few days ago with a iphone 5 at sprint. are they suppost to ship at the same time? i got my iphone first and i havnt gotten mt applecare+ yet. is it a package or just a email? i called people at sprint and some of them said it was just an email.

When I add a song to my iphone, why does the song JUST go to the song section and not the artist?
It never did this before but I added a song onto my iPhone and it's been on there for awhile, but I guess recently when I plugged in my iphone to my laptop and synced, the song was removed. When I readded the song, it went to the "Songs" portion and not the Artist as well. I mean the song is on my iPhone and that's good, but it's a hassle when I want to listen to it and I have to scroll through my library just to find it. Help?
You have to have Automatic Download enabled.
On the iPhone go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Enable Automatic Downloads for Music, Apps, and iBooks, also you can make the choice if it should download over cellular data.
iTunes: Edit> Prefrences > Store > Enable Automatic Downloads.

Why does my music stop playing when I go to safari while it's playing? I understand that music will stop playing if there's a video or other audio going on. The music will turn of just by opening safari.
I would check with Apple Support - http://www.apple.com/support/contact/ - or go directly to an Apple Store before you get injured - the earphones should still be under warranty

Thanx P.Only if you have an iPhone backup from the time before you deleted the app. App data and settings are part of the backup, but iTunes replaces the existing backup with a new one when you sync. Only backups used to restore the phone will not be replaced and marked with a time stamp.
If you included the iphone backup folder into your computer backup routine, you could restore the folder and use the iphone backup to restore your phone. But all data will be set back to theat point in time when the backup was taken.

I have tried to turn off my modem and after that i turned on each machine individually it worked for a while giving my macbook pro and my Imac different IP address.. but the problem came back again and im here with 2 similar IP addresses on each machine and once that happen i lose the internet on both of them.. and I get an exclamation mark on my Airoport symbol.
how can i change my IP address and where can i get a new 1.. should i just make it up..??

How do you stop multiple Youtube videos from playing at the same time?
As of a few days ago, when I click on a youtube video, as the commercial begins to play, you can begin to hear multiple/different commercials playing at the same time. After the commercials, the same issue occurs with the main video--multiple videos are being played at the same time and are not in sync. I've updated all my plug ins and have tried the suggestion posted in the forum provided in the link below in which someone else has expressed the same issue, but nothing has worked so far. Does anyone know what can be done?

[Bug] Writing to the same trace in Citadel from two Sources at the same time
Howdy
I am experiencing an issue and am looking to get some NI support:
I have two distributed applications that can write to a Citadel database at the same time.
And I am investigating the possibility of what would occur if both of them were writing to the same variable at the same time, with possibly the same timestamp data.
I did this in the attached VI by using the same timestamps with a constant for the data (either #1 or #2).
This generates an error, as expected, stating you cannot have two references open at the same time.
The data file, dumped from Citadel, contains 1000pts with all data from only one of the arrays (in this case #2) and everything looks fine:
However, what appears to be happening randomly tho, is that the same portion of code can also returns no error.
When the data is dumped from Citadel this file contains 2001pts - 1000pts from each array and one separator (or break) point:
You cannot write an older timestamp to Citadel without it throwing an error, but from further testing it seems you can write the same timestamp repeatably. So I am guessing what is happening above is race condition that is somehow allowing two references to be opened to Citadel which should throw an error but it does not and this is somehow allowing both sets of data to be written by both loops??
The data, IMO, is now corrupted.
Is being able to write to the same timestamp a desirable feature?
Or is this a known issue or a bug?
What about acquiring two references - bug?
Is there a workaround to protect the data from multiple distributed-application writes?

I think there is an issue with the VI.
Can you replicate the following and verify what I am seeing?
Attached is a Project with Main VI (contains a call to the Open Trace.vi polymorphic only), a Class and a Build Spec
If you Build the spec with the Main VI outside of the Class it works
If you place the VI in the Class, save then Build, the Spec fails with the error:

In the US I have not seen a state that allows an individual to claim tax exemption...that is reserved for authorized institutions like public school systems. Only certain states do not have no-sales tax laws. When I lived in France, to be free from VAT one had to be a non-citizen and would be reimbursed for goods that were shipped out of the country upon exiting the country...not while still residing there. That was pretty typical of other European countries at the time, Pre-EU days, that is.
