    Hi
I think you are using the IDES system, Can you check the services in SICF transaction. If the service is not activated you activate it again.
In this path you will find  in the below path and try to check/activate the services relevant to the WDA stack.

I am trying to install MasterCollection_CS6_LS16. When I double click the install file I get this error message: We've encountered the following issues. Installation on case-sensitive volumes is not supported. Please choose a different volume for installation. What does that mean? How should I proceed?

    Hey iraravitz,
Could you please let me know what version of OS are working on.
You might receive this error when you attempt to install on a drive with the HFS+ Case Sensitive file system, which is not supported for installation of Adobe Creative Suite 6.
So, please try installing on a drive that has been formatted with a supported file system.
You might refer the KB doc link mentioned below for the same:

Let me know if this helps.

kindly help me what is the correct entry ?
already an entry with <ip addrss> <host name> is there for the J2EE server what i've put in J2EE in my NWDS
but my error message shows different ip address than what is put here in the host file and NWDS
    Regards
    Kumar

    Hi Kumar,
Did u configure the SAP J2EE Engine in the NWDS correctly:Make sure ur using the correct message server port.
You can get the message server port from portal system info. Here is the url for it: http://<host>:<port>/monitoring/SystemInfo
Once u configure it in NWDS,form the J2EE Engine view in the NWDS you should be able to see ur portal node with dispatcher, SDM, server in green color. Make sure before deployment SDM is in green, other wise deployment will not succeed.
If you have done all this and u get error then there might be some momentary network disconnection or network issues. Try it after some time it should work. Other wise talk to ur basis team and network team.
Hope this is help full for u
    Regards
    Vijay

  • Urget Error while deploying the HFm application in EPMA

    Dear All
Please suggest me on the below error while i am deploying the HFM application sencond time system throughs the below error. for this what i have to check ??
Error :The 'Test_YearCon' dimension has been modified since the first successful deployment of the application.
Error: The 'Test_Period' dimension has been modified since the first successful deployment of the application.
    Thanks in Advace.
    Regads.
    Rao

you have made modifications in your Year and Period dimensions, even in just the aliases possibly, since the last time the Application was deployed.
it is not allowed to make any modifications to these dimensions after 1st deployment. HFM does not support it.
to get a successful deployment you will need to delete the application and redeploy.
also please make sure you are using the latest Service Pack version of your release of EPMA e.g. if 9.3.1 make sure you are using 9.3.1 Service Pack 3 and fully read the Readme documentation that comes with it.

  • I got this error message when verifying the disk

The electricity in my apartment was abruptly shut down while I was using my imac. After I'd got all the electricity back on, I turn on my mac and found that when I verified the disk in disk utility I got this error message.

The repair button is in grey so I couldn't do anything. So far, the computer seemed to work fine, but what is the necessary thing to do in this situation??
    Can anyone help?? please.

I'd stay away from disk warrior etc. Try disk utility.
DiskWarrior is not a disk repair program in the conventional sense. Instead of patching the original directory, it uses a patent-pending technology to quickly build a new replacement directory using data recovered from the original directory, thereby recovering files and folders that you thought were lost and that no other program could recover.
I've never had trouble with Journaled HFS+ volumes but if I did I try disk utility to repair. Then run fsck from single-user-mode. Then, if that failed I'd pull my data off and erase.
I've never had any persistent luck with norton type utilities, the problems always come back until I erase.
