When I downloaded an HD tv show it downloads the standard quality as well

So I just bought The Office Season 3 and 4 a few hours ago and when I checked the downloads to see all the downloads, i noticed it was downloading the sd version of the office as well, its going to take forever to download all this stuff! Please help, whats going on. I tried restarting iTunes and my computer and I even updated to iTunes 8 to see if there would be a difference. Is anybody else having the same problem? Basically iTunes is downloading both the standard def. and the hd version of the episodes. Please help!

This appears to be a "feature", you get both versions when you buy the HD.
I agree that it's annoying -- it would be nicer if they would just let you re-download stuff you previously bought, and then you could grab the SD version if you wanted it. But they don't let you do that, unfortunately.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

I downloaded a tv show, (my first one) and when I downloaded the second show of that season and sync'd the Ipod when I went to check to see if the first show was still there it was gone.(the new show I downloaded is on the ipod now) It is still in my purchased menu on the computer but not on my ipod anymore? Are you only allowed to have 1 tv show at a time on an Ipod?

What probably is happening is that you have a setting on the ipod checked, Here try this, sync your ipod, under the summary screen go to tv shows and check that sync all unwatched tv shows is not checked, if it is just change it to sync all and hit apply. Re sync and you should be up and running.

If you are referring the the native apps that come with the phone they cant be deleted. go to settings/general/reset then reset home screen layout. If the apps are not the native apps sometimes they are just moved along a screen or so. Swipe over the screen and see if you can find them

I don't want all my mail to be marked as read, just the sent messages. I set Thunderbird up on my new PC and whenever I send an email it goes to my sent folder like I want, but it shows up as a new or unread message. I have Thunderbird on my two other PC's and it doesn't act this way. On the other PC's when I send out an email, it shows up in my sent folder as read. That's the way I want it to act on my new PC. With the other two PC's I didn't have to do anything to the setting it was like that from the start.

You shouldn't wait that long to ask advice. Firefox only keeps a (rotating) backup of bookmarks for the last 5 days that you started Firefox. So you may be out of luck.
You can check that you still use your old default profile that had your bookmarks.<br />
