When I enter a group name into the Bcc field and try to send the message, I get "[group name] is not a valid e-mail address..."
Been using the same template to send a weekly newsletter for a year or two but now with a recent update to Thunderbird the group name is rejected when I try to send the message:

Several other people have sent in the same support request as you, noting this happened after they upgraded to version 31.1.

Although not ideal, these workarounds should let you use your mailing lists until a proper fix is implemented:
* While composing an email open the address book and select the list you are trying to send to, highlight all the names in the list and drag them to the To: box. This uses your existing data without modifying it.
* Replacing the blanks " " between the words in such lists' descriptions with an underscore "_". This requires modifying your mailing list(s) description(s).
* Downgrade to a previous version and disable automatic updates (Windows)

Hello! I have the Acrobat XI test version installed, got the registration Mail and confirmed it. Master List "Master List" is not a valid e-mail address because it is not of the form user@host.
Have used Master Lists for years without issue. After today's update all I get is the above error message.

I changed the password to one of my gmail accounts. My MacBook Air accepts the new password and shows me email, my iPhone 5s tells me it's not a valid password and does not show me email. In settings, I change the password and pw is accepted. How can I get 5s to accept new pw?

With this new v.31.1.0, released: September 2, 2014 version of Thunderbird, I can no longer e-mail to a Contact List of addressees, getting the error msg: F&G Committee <"F&G Committee"> is not a valid e-mail address because it is not of the form user@host. You must correct it before sending the e-mail. In earlier versions, the individual e-mail addresses in the list (F&G Committee in this case) are automatically put in as the e-mail is sent. Is there a solution to this problem?

Contact iTunes Support:
Go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'Apple ID Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security
questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)
2. Once your questions have been reset, and you set up new ones, also set up a RESCUE EMAIL ADDRESS, so if you forget them again, you won't have to go through all of this.....

My mum upgraded last week from iphone 3gs to iphone 4, I got the iphone 3gs unlocked as of this morning and proceeded to remove her contacts and put my own in.
Several hours later she came home from work to find her contacts on the iphone 4 had been replaced with the same list i had put on mine!
We have different networks, different itunes accounts etc, I can't understand why or how this has happened or most importantly how to fix it as she has lost all her numbers and is understandably very very cross....contacts are not visible in back up, but if she restores from that back up - contacts will come back to phone. Then all her apps and music have to be synced back again. She will also have all other personal info return to the phone, but all that info will be as old, as back up itself.

People Picker field and Web service -- multiple round trips to get Display Name value
Using Sharepoint 2010 and Infopath 2010, I have created a form that validates fields entered within the form by connecting to a .Net web service created by someone else. One of the fields that I need to validate is a People Picker field
for the Project Manager.
The connection to the Web Service runs correctly except that the People Picker goes through the validation process 3-4 times. I know this because I have a MessageBox showing the value for the InnerXML that pops up 3 times. The
first time the MessageBox shows no value for the XML, the next time it shows a name, and the 3rd time it shows no value.
Here is the code I'm using in the Infopath form (without the Messagebox):

The line in BOLD above used to have just /pr:properties/p:properties/documentManagement/ns3:ProjectManager
but I thought my problem might be because People Picker fields are made up of 3 elements -- DisplayName, AccountID and Account Type. So I changed the XML. Sadly, that didn't make any difference.
I am using the CHANGED event which a colleague of mine thought would have taken care of the multiple round trips. But it didn't.
Hopefully someone out there can tell me what I need to do so that this People Picker field only get validated once (The form also has Managed Metadata fields that have very similar problems so I'm hoping that the solution for the People Picker field

It is the behavior for setting People/Group field if you just select the node "/dfs:myFields/dfs:queryFields/ns7:Validate/ns7:projectManager".
Also you can try to only set the AccountID value of the People/Group field:

Try to do basic troubleshooting, but 9/10 that is actually a service provider issue.

Everytime I want to buy an app from the app store it says that I have to answer some security questions before I can buy an app. I forgot the answers to them so it says to send an email to resart your answers. I've send it about 10 times but I don't get the email. PLEASE help!

I saved docs from a iMac to a flashdrive but when I plug the flashdrive into an iBookG4 and try to open the docs on the flashdrive, I get this message: Doc 2 cannot be opened.
