As it should have been transferred to your computer when you synced, you can contact itunes support and ask for an exception.

This is just one of many problems I've encountered since "upgrading" to Yosemite... including the unexpected necessity to purchase a whole new MS Office for Mac Suite! Now, in Mail, my previously automatic signature has disappeared, and despite following all on-screen instructions (Mail > Preferences > Signatures), "Choose Signature" reads only "none" and will not let me select any of the signatures that are contained in the signature windows above. It is extremely frustrating to have to type signatures into every outgoing email.
ok, i've just run a specific test.
1 - Online, ensure that mail is sync'd
2 - Disable network connection, confirm that mail has moved to offline mode
3 - Delete 20 messages in a folder
4 - Conifm they have been deleted (whilst still offline)
5 - Re-enable network connection, leave machine alone for 5 minutes
6 - Confirm that messages haven't been deleted and are still in the folder untouched
7 - Whilst still online, try to delete one or more of the messages, they vanish for a moment, then re-appear
8 - ***
Can replicate this at will......surely this isn't just me?

I receive my email from my .Mac account in the Mail application. While viewing an email I clicked on a phone number to add to a current name in my Address Book. Then, I clicked on the active iChat window and my friend's name was added in the "View as Name" field. So, my friends name shows up in my iChat window. If I choose "View as Handle" it still has my correct email address. I haven't been able to locate where I change the name. Does anyone know?
I've checked iChat preferences, searched the online help, checked my Profile.The easiest way is to select another Card and make that the Me Card and then change it back to yours. This should make the link work again (I am not sure if you can just select the current me Card and also tell it to Make this the Me card).

updated to new 2014 cc. In bridge when I go to tools/Photoshop/Image Processor....I get this message "adobe photoshop 2014 CC has quit working" Anyone have a fix for this??
I use a windows 7 pro and have no problem like that from bridge cc when I select a thumbnail then use menu Tools>Photoshop>Image Processor.. I see Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 start up then I see the Image processor dialog and that one file is selected in the bridge I the complete the dialog and click run. The image files are created. Photoshop remains open after the image files are create with no open documents. I need to click on the bridge in the task bar to bring bridge back into focus.

Ever since the last update, My iTunes continues to quit unexpectedly. It will open for one second and then close. Anyone have a solution for this. Please help.

Unless Verizon has a special provision in this regard that ATT has never had, Apple handles all iPhone repairs and exchanges under Apple's warranty.
There is a setting when capturing photos - Automatic, On, or Off for the flash when capturing photos.
If there is no flash when set to On or Automatic in a dark setting and no change after the standard troubleshooting steps which in order are:
Power your iPhone off and on.
An iPhone reset.
Restoring your iPhone with iTunes from the backup.
Restoring your iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup.
Your iPhone has a hardware problem. You can call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple store if there is one nearby. -

That is a free update (not an upgrade) what happens when you try? How are you trying to update? did your Mac come with restore disks or did you download software form teh App Store? Have you logged onto the App store and checked purchased software for updates?

If you have a very old Firefox version then you could consider to uninstall that version to clean up existing registry keys (especial the uninstall key).
Make sure NOT to remove "personal data" when you uninstall Firefox, because that will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.
Check the Firefox program folder and remove the Firefox program folder if there are still files left in it.

Try running Safari in 32 bit mode. In get info box for Safari,
check open in 32 bit mode. There have been some oddities

I'm not sure I understand the connection between iCloud and this problem. Is it simply a problem of coincidental timing (ie, the problem happened after you set up iCloud)? If so, there's almost certainly no connection between these two events.
