I did not have this problem earlier today. I haven't dropped it recently or any such thing. I have, however, used two different audio jacks today. Although it makes keyboard sounds when I type in my pass code, it doesn't make the sounds otherwise. I also tested the sound on temple run and it worked. My slider key is set to mute, not to lock screen. When I try to adjust the volume, it'll say "sound effects" and the volume will be turned all the way down, but it won't let me turn it up. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

You will need to restore it. The sidebar of your iPad appears on itunes even if you dont enter the passcode. There's the option to restore it. More info:

You will need to restore it. It may not sync, but the iPad's sidebar has to appear you can restore it and it will be as the last time ou synced it to iTunes. For more info:

The try the standar fixes:
- Reset. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore the iPod from backup via iTues
- Restore the iPod factoery defaults/new iPod.

Assuming you’re entering the correct code, and not confusing a zero for the letter O or 5 for S or 8 for B or similar, then if you mean you went to the store and bought a box, the cashier needed to have scanned a bar-code on the box and transmit that data to Adobe, otherwise the code won’t work. Maybe the code wasn’t scanned or maybe the data wasn’t transmitted in real time or maybe Adobe’s network didn’t get the data to the server right away. If this is something you just bought a few minutes before trying the code, maybe wait a little bit longer. Otherwise, there is likely a Contact Support button on the web pages that you can find on Adobe.com that will let you chat with an Adobe support person and they can perhaps tell you the status of the redemption code. Or maybe just go back to Best Buy with your receipt and the box and have them scan the code.

If it is ok with you please print another info page, and as soon as you print it please enter the code in the ePrint center.
