Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region...change here.

It says I'm logged into my Apple ID on my App Store but when I try to download an app it comes up with my mums Apple ID asking for her password yet I have never used her email or Apple ID to login in? Could this be cause we have back up on same comp?

So I have tried to download several apps and it asks for my password. I type in my password and then it comes up failure to find service connection URL. After clicking retry multiple times it comes up and say my password is incorrect. When I logged in here my password is correct. How do I fix this

Do I really have to enter my apple id EVERY time I update or download an app??

There are two options, the default is enter your password once every 15 minutes, the other is a restriction that asks for it every time. If you haven't activated the restriction in Settings/Restrictions/Require Password, then yours is good for 15 minutes. -

There is nothing that you can do if you didn't have a backup. You have to restore the iPad in order to unlock it. If you have never backed up or synced with iTunes you are pretty much sunk.
But If you have a backup in iTunes, you can restore from the backup and then sync with iTunes (or download from iCloud) and recover everything up to the point/date of the last backup.
You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.

I keep having this problem. I can still run all of my apps just fine, but because of this error I can't download any more. Please help!
If you have a credit card on file on top of your gift card then it is asking you to confirm the security code for the card, which for a Visa or MasterCard is 3 digits located on the back, or AMEX has 4 digits on the front. This happens just to ensure that you are the account holder, and would happen from time to time whether it was a free or paid app, even if you have a credit through your gift card. This doesn't mean that your credit card will be charged.

Ok, you should generally only get this when you are converting your ID to an iTS account for the first time.
Sign into iTunes with your Apple ID and you should get this.... IRC once you agree or accept it's now an iTS account and you wont get that again. -

After a trip to Brazil, the App Store apparently thinks my iPad 2 is still there. When I try to download an app, I get a message that I can't get that app from the Brazilian store and have to switch to the U.S. store. The general settings are correct. I apparently need to switch locations manually, specifically for the App Store. Help?
Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap your Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign back in. The App Store will automatically change to the store from which your account is authorized to make purchases.

I'm using a mid 2014 13" rmbp. I reinstall the Yosemite due to the wifi issue, when finished, the iMovie was not installed, I try to download it from app store, but it's not free. How can I get iMovie back?
It's something to do with the main user account (not iTunes account) on my Mac because I logged in with another account and it downloaded fine, I installed it on the HDD and even though the date in App Store was 16th October 2014, it is the full installer of 10.10.2.
To try to resolve this problem, I have copied the installer app elsewhere and deleted it but App Store still will not allow me to download it with my main user account yet just allowed me to update iTunes.
I had a brainwave last night that it might have been related to me changing the default downloads folder to one not on my boot drive (to save disk space on my main boot drive) but having changed it back, tried again, rebooted and tried yet again, deleted my App Store preferences. nothing has worked. -
