When did you print the ePrint info page?
If it is ok with you please print another info page, and as soon as you print it please enter the code in the ePrint center.
The reason i m asking you to do this is because the code expires within 24hrs.

This is a known error, the work around is to use different browser such as Firefox or Chrome.

As above, when I enter the redemption code on the box containing my copy of photoshop elemets 10, I am informed it is "not active". I have contacted the vendor who says he has not had the problem before but so far has not helped me. How do I get a serial number so that I can download the programme from my CDs? i know extremely frustrating that there is no one to contact!
i got my friend to help not sure if your having the same problem but i had to download stuffit expander from the app store to expand the zip files that you initially download you should be able to open them and enter serial number from there
don't know if that helps theres no where that tells you how to do that so its extremely frustrating..

There is no pop up. There is a window that is part of the installation process. If you entered a wrong number, like a redemption code, you would have wound up installing it as a trial. In that case, go to the Help menu in the editor and look for an option there.
If that isn't what you're talking about, you really need to explain in more detail.

Assuming you’re entering the correct code, and not confusing a zero for the letter O or 5 for S or 8 for B or similar, then if you mean you went to the store and bought a box, the cashier needed to have scanned a bar-code on the box and transmit that data to Adobe, otherwise the code won’t work. Maybe the code wasn’t scanned or maybe the data wasn’t transmitted in real time or maybe Adobe’s network didn’t get the data to the server right away. If this is something you just bought a few minutes before trying the code, maybe wait a little bit longer. Otherwise, there is likely a Contact Support button on the web pages that you can find on Adobe.com that will let you chat with an Adobe support person and they can perhaps tell you the status of the redemption code. Or maybe just go back to Best Buy with your receipt and the box and have them scan the code.

Are you able to go back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? I took my headphones out of my iPod but when I use the volume it still says there in. Why?

I had my headphones in and then I took them out. But my iPod insists I still have them plugged in. So now I can't listen to things out loud. I disagree with your analysis. I believe you can shield the iPhone from others and click the numbers quickly to prevent their view. Further, the glowing helps provide positive feedback to you that you clicked the right keys.
Also, you might enjoy the iPhone 5S which allows a fingerprint to replace the passcode.

people repport that apple products in general I believe have problems with support for the outdated encryption type called wep encryption which is also pretty useless and easy to break
if you use that try disabling it or changing to wpa encryption
if you use MAC address filtering in your router then you need to add the appletv's MAC address to the positive list
