When I forward an e-mail I always delete the original sender's information. I am now unable to delete or backspace the selected lines, nor can I cut them.
About six or eight weeks ago I was no longer able to delete sender information when forwarding e-mails.

When I forward a HTML mail or even a simple rich text, the mail arrives to the receipts stripped in a lot of archives.
Example: If is a history of three mails, will arrive three or more (if have photos) archives to be opened as .html in some browser + the photos archives.
I use: OS X 10.9
The server is a exchange server.
The strange reason is because IF I REPLY, the mail arrives well. Only if I forward manually and/or automatic (some rule), happen what I informed above.
Any tip?
ThanksThanks to the tip. But I am very upset that Apple have no solution to this. I mean, if you have the option to forward, if you have the option to resend in HTML. Why we need to find ways to do this?
It is a shame after buy a MAC start to bw aware about a lot of problems....

When I forward an e-mail, I get a long string of gobblygook that goes with it and I cannot figure out how to eliminate it without having to delete it every time I forward an e-mail. The following is only part of the string that I am talking about. How can I eliminate this from the e-mail?

If your mouse is not scrolling in the direction you are expecting, check this Mouse setting in System Preferences:
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Mouse.
Scroll direction: natural: Select this option to move the contents of a window in the same direction as your fingers.

When I am in e-mail, I sometimes get the spinning color wheel, which lock up everything. when it doesn't go away, I see on the activity monitor, that CPU usage is very high (99%), for a process calles " Safari web content'. When I click on the proccess and quite, the CPUusage goes way down. Problem is that I have to then log back in to e-mail. What can I do to eliminate this proble. thanks
How much FREE RAM do you have when this occurs. It's easy to tell, when it beach balls open Activity Monitor (Applications - Utilities - Activity Monitor) click the System Memory tab and note how much FREE RAM is listed. If it's 500MB or less it's time for a RAM upgrade.

However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. Sometimes when I play songs in Itunes by double clicking on them, Itunes will place the song as the first one on the album. It will chnage the order of the songs on the album, and I can not switch them back to the correct order. This onloy seems to happen when I double-click on the song to play it in itunes. If I just hit play, this doesnt happen. As a result, I have several albums now in which the songs are in the wrong order. Its very frustrating, as this error then transfers over to my ipod every time I sync it. When I choose the info. for the songs, it has them correctly listed (i.e., it lists the songs as being #1 of 19 on the CD, for example). But then the song will have placed by Itunes as #5 of 19 for whatever reason. Itunes does not do this every time, but does it with enough frequency to be maddening. Any thoughts?
The problem of tracks becoming de-linked between iTunes and the music files in your iTunes music folder happens for different reasons - this seems to come up fairly commonly in this forum.
The solution can be to locate each song in the iTunes library, as you mentioned - or, but wait, before I get to that...
trouble finding the original track in your iTunes music folder? maybe look for it under compilations, or if not using the 'group compilations preference' then look in the folder under the songs artist name, but what song artist name iTunes uses depends on what you have in the metedata tag spot for album artist or song artist. Any varyation in artist name spelling, in the menu item 'get info' metadata for any selected individual track will cause iTunes to create that as a separate artist folder in the library, even names like 'various' or any difference at all (even the word 'the' can change where in your iTunes music folder a track gets placed by iTunes). You can try to use the finder function of find file (finder munu item outside of iTunes) to locate hard to find items.
Back to how to re-link any de-linked tracks .
There may be scripts that can help re-link de-linked music files - or, at least provide you a list of such files, Scripts are easy to install and use...

If you are using Acrobat you can try the suggestions mentioned above.
Are you using the Create PDF service from within Reader to create pdf?
If yes then please check if you are able to login to: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and able to convert the document to pdf.
If yes then within Reader you can try the following:
Choose Edit > Preferences (Win)
Click 'Online Services' or 'Adobe Online Services' on the left-hand side
Sign out of your Adobe ID and sign back in.
