When I forward an email its shown as an attachment

When I forward an email, the text is missing and the recipient receives a string of attachments

That doesn't have any impact on this question that I can see. I tried changing it.

If you think getting your web pages to appear OK in all the major browsers is tricky then dealing with email clients is way worse. There are so many of them.
If you want to bulk email yourself, there are apps for it and their templates will work in most cases...

When I forward an email, it includes at the top of the new forwarded message, all the headers from the original message. How do I make that disappear?

I'm using a Mac Air with Thunderbird 34.0.
When I forward an email, for some reason it now includes all of the headers at the top of the new forwarded message that I'm creating ... making quite a mess.

Using Firefox, when I forward an email, I am no longer able to edit it, ie remove previous senders details, it is not my email provider, as I can with IE.

I have just switched to Firefox from IE and when I forward an email, I cannot edit the email at all, i.e. remove the previous senders details before forwarding, which I consider very important. This is not due to my email provider (Tiscali), as I am able to do this in IE.

Open Terminal in Utilties and copy/paste
This will send the attachment embedded inline. (This works in Snow Leopard, but not sure about Lion. Do a test first. If it doesn't work, just google "send attachment embedded + Lion." You don't actually have to send the message to see how it will appear.)

To reverse the setting, change the 0 to a 1
However, whether this will work or not will depend on what the e-mail client on the receiver's end does with it.

• I have 3 email addresses. Two of them are thru my internet provider. When I send thru that provider, the email is sent correctly, my email address shows as it should.
• When I send from my 3rd email address, which is provided thru my web site servicer, which is Go Daddy, my email address doesn't show! I'll be calling Go Daddy!
I just yesterday found out that their was a problem with my email. I couldn't figure out why this one guy told me my email address wasn't showing. I spoke with another person this morning in her office, who told me the same thing - but was able to show me the email I sent her.
I came home, my email all looked correct. Thats when I went to the Communities.
I've got it figured out now. Thanks so much for trying to help.

I've sent psd files to various people without issues, however you might want to try something like www.filedropper.com to make sure it's not that they can't open your version of psd file.
You may also want to zip the file using the built in archiving software, simply right click (or control click) the file and choose Compress ...., then you can email it to the person as a compressed archive. That should preserve all the aspects of the file properly without any modifications.

I tried this, but no luck. I went to Previous System>Users. There is nothing inside the "Users" folder, so I hit a dead end.
I can find my new e-mails -- those that came in since I re-installed the system -- in my NEW system (which I did to see if I was correctly understanding the advice), by going to Users>Home>Library>Mail>POP account name>Inbox.
Let me add a new question: I am running PhotoShop C3. It opens OK, and I can use it, but when it opens I get this message: "One or more files for Adobe Application Support folder are missing. Please re-run the PhotoShop installer."
I don't like re-installing working programs if I can avoid it, because it always seems to lead to other issues. Any idea what files are missing, and where it/they might be in the Previous System folder?

Some emails I receive on my iPad seem to have disappeared when I try to go back into them. Also I sent an email with attachment to several people. When I went back into my email the attachment had disappeared. I phoned one of the recipients to see if the attachment had been delivered and it had. She tried forwarding the email and attachment back to me. I received the email but not the attachment. I checked my iphone fior the original email and the attachment wasn't included. I have IOS7 on the ipad but IOS6 on the iphone. Can anyone advise please?

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
