When I have a youtube video up and switch to a different window or program the video box shows up at the upper left of the screen and it does not go away. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
This only happens with youtube videos
I also have it - I updated Firefox and Flash both today.
When a YouTube is running and you cover all of the image with another page, a copy of the flash output appears at the top left corner of the screen, on top of anything there, and persists as long as the video is covered.
The only way to get rid of it is stop the video and wipe another window over the flash ghost.
I'd guess somebody isn't telling flash to stop updating when covered, and it writes to 0,0 instead.
Might be in flash, or might be in Firefox.

1. Turn the printer off.
2. Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.
3. While unplugged, remove any paper from the unit.

If you do not have dupicate songs on the iPod then:
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

Particularly:
Check USB connections
If there’s an issue with the USB port, cable, dock, or hub, or if the device becomes disconnected during restore, try troubleshooting the USB connection, then troubleshooting your security software.
Common errors: 13, 14, 1600-1629, 1643-1650, 2000-2009, 4000, 4005, 4013, 4014, 4016, “invalid response”, and being prompted to restore again after a restore completes.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use another USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port on your computer.
Try a different dock connector (or no dock).
Add (or remove) a USB hub between your device and computer.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, with no routers, hubs, or switches.
If you see your error after changing your USB connections, continue to the next section to troubleshoot your hardware.
