When I have Firefox on and leave my computer on and untouched for more than about 20 mins my computer shuts down.

I get a blue message saying that the system encountered a problem and had to shut down. It then have to reboot. This problem coincided with an attack on my Yahoo my account when I was using FireFox. This has also caused an upload of a program called 'WhiteSmoke Translator' to my computer. My Internet Explorer works fine though. What can I do?

There is a similar known issue (see [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=614958 bug 614958]) that is fixed in Firefox 4.0b8 (release in a few days).
But I am not sure your issue is related. It can also be caused by a spyware or a virus. Scan your computer with anti-virus and anti-spyware softwares.

Premiere Pro and Soundbooth won't play video/audio for more than a second.

Ok, so my issue is that Soundbooth won't play audio for more than a second. It plays a quick bit then stops. Premiere Pro also does the same with video, it plays a quick bit then stops. I don't know if it is connected or not but when I try to change the audio output in Soundbooth to System Default I get this error:
I set the permissions to premiere and soundbooth to full but it didn't work. I've tried UnInstalling and ReInstalling but that didn't fix the issues either. All of the other programs seem to work. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Here is the fix.
1. Open Finder and navigate to /YOUR_HD/Library/Preferences
2. Rename or move to the Trash the file: com.apple.audio.AggregateDevices.plist
3. Relaunch The Program

When I open Firefox, I get a message saying my INSTALLED version is more than a few months old, and I need to upgrade. But when I check for updates, there are none. I run v. 3.6.13 Mac, the latest version. Does it want me to install the beta v4 or what?

Reporting running for more than 30 min and still says retrieving the data

Hi,
I created a report using a view, and in RPD for a measure column I put the aggregation AVG.
In front end when I pull the column , if the column is placed in measure or column the report is displaying in 30 sec. But I want the report in rows section, when I place the column in row , the report is running for longer time and not displaying the data, Please help, any help is highly appreciated.

Kindly chk the physical query and execute it in DB and chk its taking the same time
If not chk the join conditions any circular joins present

Are you having problems connecting to other devices? If not, have you contacted your Mercedes dealership to discuss the issue? Have to checked to see if there's a firmware available for your Comand system? Have you deleted the pairing with your car and then re-paired?

When calibrating macbook pro in step 5 can i turn it off for more than 5 hours?

im not sure how to calibrate since i just learned that i have to do it to ensure battery life but im gonna use all the power in the afternoon and at night i will let it sleep but i dont want to wake up to charge it if it can only sleep for 5 hours.

Calibration isn't necessary in modern Macs with built in batteries. That process didn't calibrate the battery, it calibrated the circuits that monitor the battery.

Firefox 4 and later versions save the previous session automatically, so there is no longer need for the dialog asking if you want to save the current session. 
Use "File > Exit" or "Firefox > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit Firefox") if you want to restore multiple windows or otherwise have problems with restoring tabs. 
You can use "History > Restore Previous Session" to get the previous session at any time. 
You may need to click the orange/gray Firefox button to see History. 
There is also a "Restore Previous Session" button on the default about:home Home page.
Using the "Show my windows and tabs from last time" setting is a more reliable way to restore session data.
