When I HotSync my Tx handheld turns off.

I have been running Version 6.1 and HotSync w/o any problems for years. My computer runs Window XP Home Edition. Today, for the first time, when I tried to HotSync, the handheld turned off and then reloaded automatically. I tried again and the same thing happened. I restarted my computer, tried to HotSync and, again, the same thing happened. I then tried to upgrade to Version 6.2.2. One of the final steps is performing a HotSync. When I tried to do this, once again the handheld turned off and reloaded again. I fully charged my handheld Tx and it continued to occur. Any suggestions?

It sounds like it's time to Hard Reset and start over again. (Note: a Hard Reset will erase all your user data on the device!)
To perform a Hard Reset: (Palm Knowledgebase article #887)
While pressing and holding the Power button down, tap and release the Reset button in back and continue to hold the Power button down. When the grey Palm logo appears, you can release the Power button.
You should now see the warning page in about 5 languages. Press the UP direction on the 5-way pad to complete the task. Your Palm will reset itself several times as it re-installs the original programs and erases all your previous data.
Now try to Hotsync the device and choose your original Hotsync name when asked. If it works, great! If not, we'll try something else.

If you are using your iPad while charging, it will take even longer. It's best to turn your new iPad OFF and charge over night. Go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account. Then log in using a different ID.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

LR slow when writing keywords, XMP auto write turned off

Here's a strange one: If I manually write keywords into LR with even just one file selected, LR will hang for ~30s when I commit the changes. If I use a button from the keyword set to add a keyword, it moves along just fine.
Per advice here, I've turned off indexing on all my drives, turned off XMP autowrite, optimized the catalog, and still it hangs.
Any suggestions?

I forgot to mention but I tried doing that too. I have thousands of keywords as I shoot a lot of stock:( In fact, in the "Keyword Tags" panel on the left side, I can only scroll down as far as the keywords that start with "G". Seems like that may be the issue although I find it strange that LR can't accommodate that many keywords when it's an essential part of a photo library.

Apple MA444LL - iPod 30 GB Digital Player Manual. Suddenly when listening to audio books it turns off at end of first chapter. Has happened with 2 different books. Have tried resetting, restarting, redownloading. Music not affected..

After playing audible books for 5 years, suddenly my ipod turns off at the same place in each of two books, around end of 1st chapter. I have tried resetting, redownloading the book(s), nothing helps. Also when I try to fast forward over that trouble spot, it won't go beyond it. Music and podcasts play fine.

Have you tried a simple reset of the iPod to see if that does any good first? To do this, press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
It might also hurt to try a full restore of the iPod in iTunes as well. This process wipes all content from the device, resets all settings back to their defaults, and reloads a fresh copy of the iPod's software onto the device. This would help eliminate the possibilty of a software issue/glitch and/or data corruption on the iPod.

Random reboots when 60% or less battery, phone turns off when fully charged

Hello!
I need help! I have been using my new Sony Xperia Z3C for 4 days now. It came with Lollipop update.
Everything was working great when I opened it, but not for long. It started to reboot more and more frequently and anything could set it of, home button, typing a screen lock PIN, using any app or just while in stand by!! Crazy.
After that frustration I hoped it was a software issue because that I can solve. I started with PC Companion update and after that same thing. Ok, I thought the version is the problem. I went with older versions of Lollipop firmware. Again, same thing, after some time of usage phone starts to reboot uncontrolably. Fine, fine, I thought okay Lollipop is the problem, I need to go with Kit Kat. I did that and after successfull startup and app instalation, account logging and everything, guess what. REBOOT!
Then I noticed the weirdest thing, When I am charging the phone, it works like a charm and when it is almost full. When it drained passed 60% battery level it started to reboot again and this happens every time. When I charge it again it works just fine until 60% again. Other weird thing is that the phone TURNS OFF completely when it is at 100% charge.
Can I fix this at home?

Hi Phy,
yes I allready did the SIM card and SD card test and removed both of them but it's the same issue. Sometimes it works for hours without a problem and then it starts to reboot every few minutes. It really has no rules.
I guess considering all the similar topics I read and your suggestions it is definitly a hardware issue.
Thankfully I will get a replacement on Monday.
I will update what kind of issue it was if I get that information.

You did not describe the problem very well. Go to iCloud.com, log in with your Apple ID, and select Find My iPhone. Click All Devices In the header. Do you see your iPhone in the device list? If not, Find My iPhone was activated using a different Apple ID.
