Restoring your phone as a new device, not from backup, one way to completely remove this data or Settings>General>Reset>Erase All content & settings. Until overwritten, this stuff will come up in a spotlight search.

My iPhone 4 will not turn on, when I plug it into my computer and load up iTunes its in recovery mode and the only option is to restore my device to factory settings, I have no back up of my phone I've also tried the home/sleep button thing but nothing, I have literally done every method I was told, I checked for water damage and that's fine. That does happen. It depends on how hard the server is being hit, as well as the connection speed of your system. If you are on a windows system, you will want to disable any antivirus or firewall software during the download.

I have an Iphone 3gs and today I had taken some pictures and my battery was 8% i was looking at the few I had took. Then my phone died but when I plugged it into the charger and got it on I went to upload the pictures but they were deleted! All my other pictures that i have taken are still there, it just deleted the ones I took a couple of hours before it died!
I was just wondering if there is anyway of getting them back at all? and how common is this?Sounds like your iPhone was hacked to unlock and now updating locks back to the original carrier.

how do I get data off my phone? when I plug phone into the wall and hold down the button i can get into photos and messages etc but when I plug into laptop it goes to recovery mode........therefore the data is not yet wiped? HELP! I got married last week on holidays and have not had a chance to save photos yet.

I was researching the issue you are having and recommend a couple of things. First it might be a good idea to reset the device following iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't quite get the device going again, I recommend restoring the device.

Might even be a good idea to turn off the phone, reseat the SIM card, and turn it back on.

#1 Have you procured your domain name and web hosting yet? You'll need to do that to publish your pages online.
#2 When you sign-up for web hosting, the company will send you FTP log-in credentials to your site's web server. You will enter this info into your DW Site Definition. Site > New Site > See screenshots below:
Under Servers: Root Directory is whatever your hosting company tells you to use. This varies by web host. Some commonly used ones are public_html, www or htdocs.
After your site definition is set-up, hit the TEST button to confirm it's working. If it's not connecting, go to More Options.
Go to the Files Panel (F8). Use the UP Arrow to PUT files to remote server.
Use the DOWN Arrow to GET files from server to your local site folder.
Post back when you have finished uploading your work to the remote server.

If you have not already created an iCloud account elsewhere you cannot do so on PC, and that is the error message you will get. You can create an iCloud account on a Mac or an iOS device and then you should be able to sign into it in the iCloud Control Panel in Windows.

I just updated my iTunes, and I need to delete photos from my iPod 4, and there is a Photo Library that synced to my iPod when i plugged it into my computer, and now it doesnt have the option to delete them off my iPod. How do I get rid of these photos? I have read other questions that say to plug the iPod into the computer and like un-sync it, but I downloaded the new iTunes and it doesnt have a photos tab. I just updated my iTunes to the new software. When I plugged it into my computer and it said I need to reset my iPod. I did this and everything on my iPod deleted. Now, it won't let me sync my music or apps back onto my iPod. What do I do?
It doesn't say anything. It runs through the sync process like normal and tells me all of the songs that it's synking. But then when it says I can disconnect it, nothing actually synked.

Not unless it goes back online. If it was stolen it may have been restored, in which case it will never appear again in Find My iPhone.

Voicemail is a carrier feature, not a phone feature. This has to be fixed by your carrier, so contact them, as obviously, voicemail is not properly provisioned on your account.

I've never got an answer to my phone calls in three years and their customer assistans in the shops usually have no clue about whatever it is you're asking them.
I talked to a few of them in a couple of different Safaricom shops and they didn't know what I was talking about.
Still, I believe Safaricom is not the problem as other people I know who have a BlackBerry on Safaricom haven't experienced this problem. -
i want to be able to tweak the graphic equalizer in real time while recording - and have this have the audible effect written to the recording.
At the moment i have to go into post-production and manually set the graph equalizer at various time points ...This won't be real-time as you record, but you could tweak the EQ in real-time after the recording thus:
Record what you want to tweak into GB with no effects.
Solo the track and output it into something like Audacity.
Start Audacity recording, then play your track in GB as you make those tweaks. That's what Audacity will record.
Get that file from Audacity and put it into GB, then you'll have that effect.
Sorry if it's complicated, but that's what came to mind. Hope it works.
