When I launch Captivate 7, each time, I have to valid my ID, but it does'nt work...

IT was working perfectly. Suddenly, I had to enter my ID, which is recognized : Captivate 7 licence is well attributed to my ID, but when I valid, I have the same message, to enter my ID...
I desinstalled Captivate, re-installed it, few times... Nothing matters !
On my second computer, everything's OK !
What can I do ?
Initially, I was a Captivate 6 client and I installed Version 7 when it appeared...
