When I launch Safari ESPN opens and I can't get rid of it.

Hi All,
When I launch Safari the ESPN home page opens. I want Yahoo to appear when I launch Safari. I order for me to launch Yahoo I have to enter it in the search or bookmark and the ESPN page minimizes and Yahoo opens, but ESPN is always in the background. I do frequent ESPN but don't want it to open as Yahoo is my business and personal email provider.

Safari on iphone opens to the page it was on when it shuts down.
You may have several pages open at once - ESPN being one. That may be why it does that.
Either way, Safari will open to the page it was on when you closed it.

Firefox start page no longer opens first: "iminent search the web" opens and I can't get rid of it.

IMBooster, also known as Iminent, and "Iminent Search the Web", has taken over my start-up page. I have tried everything to delete and uninstall all aspects of this unwanted application. It no longer appears anywhere in my computer, but it still opens my Firefox page instead of Google.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: ''This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.''
To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Force Quit Safari, then re-open it while holding the Shift key.

When I open on Mozilla Firefox, several identical items open on bar at bottom of page, when only one is needed, and I can't get rid of them apart from closing the whole lot.

Different tabs used to appear at the top of the page (Yahoo), which I could easily close. This has stopped. When I click on Mozilla Firefox on my desktop, about 6 little boxes appear at the bottom of my page, at least two of them being mozilla, and I can't get rid of them except by closing down the internet. If I go through Talk Talk, (a second email address) and get to Yahoo this way, this doesn't happen, but I always prefer to use Mozilla Firefox.

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...

That's weird that these iphones are restored/activated through iTunes. I have a Apple so I have iTunes, yay!! I am guessing that the link that you gave me will tell how to put this iphone into Recovery mode? Now, this old iphone would of been activated on his laptop, which is with him and he is out of state. I have a new Apple, his new iphone would of been activated on our new Apple computer because he was here for Christmas and he didn't bring his laptop with him, or did he bring it with him, I don't remember now.... Now the question is, will I be able to restore his old iphone on my new computer seeing it would of activated on his laptop which is with him out of state. That folder with the question mark icon means that the MacBook can't find the boot directory. That can either mean it can't find the hard drive or the Operating System data on the hard drive is somehow corrupted.
Put your install DVD into the optical drive (CD/DVD drive) and reboot. As soon as you hear the boot chime, hold down the "c" key on your keyboard (or the Option key until the Install Disk shows up). That will force your MacBook to boot from the install DVD in the optical drive.
When it does start up, you'll see a panel asking you to choose your language. Choose your language and press the Return key on your keyboard once. It will then present you with an Installation window. Completely ignore this window and click on Utilities in the top menu and scroll down to Disk Utility and click it. When it comes up is your Hard Drive in the list on the left?
If it is then click on the Mac OS partition of your hard drive in the left hand list. Then select the First Aid Tab and run Repair Disk. The Repair Disk button won't be available until you've clicked on the Mac OS partition on your hard drive. If that repairs any problems run it again until the green OK appears and then run Repair Permissions.
If your hard drive isn’t recognized in Disk Utility then your hard drive is probably dead.

Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

Premiere Pro keeps shutting down and I can't get rid of video clip from timeline

Lately, Premiere Pro keeps bringing up a message when I'm working on my project that says "serious error, Adobe Premier Pro needs to shut down". It's happened four times now. I've tried restarting the computer, uninstalling some programs I wasn't using, and even running updates that were needed. Still no luck. Also, in between shutdowns, there's a clip on my timeline that I imported from YouTube, and I can't get rid of it when I click "Cut" or "Clear". Any idea on why these things are happening?

A reset may help: Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons and await restart.

What is "WebWatch" and how can I get rid of it? It just showed up on my home computer. It pops up every few minutes while I'm on line and drives me crazy whem I'm trying to work or just read. This is what it looks like. It's in a small box in the middle of the screen with grey over the rest of the screen. I can't do anything until I "x" it away.
